Answering a question on Exotic Vacuum Object comments made by Dr. Steven Greer

Clarifying the emergent - how really can the zero-point be captured?

I was asked the following question:

“Re EVOs: do you know which specific Japanese researcher's specific recent experiment Dr Steven Greer is referring [@ 53:47] to when he says the following re EVOs and free energy from zero-point field? Also, is what Dr Steven Greer says about this accurate or is he misunderstanding things re EVOs?”

Not sure that Exotic Vacuum Objects (EVOs) need involvement with the Zero point,

ZPE causes low-level noise in microwave receivers. It excites the atoms in fluorescent lamps.

however that was one of Ken’s published considerations particularly driven by Hal Puthoff (S. R. Little, the second author worked with Ken Shoulders in the first 10 years of his research on John Hutchison’s effect that lead to the discovery of EVOs) and Jack Safartti. Ken did say they were the same as ball lightning however.

They can produce a force and Ken discussed this in reference to Zero Point, particularly on each other as Ken also identified - we have shown that on videos. We have also captured them on video moving towards an anode sheath and leaving a witness mark [Impact marks of EVOs on Silicon Dioxide anode stem sheath] and them exploding producing an Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) and likely scalar and a clear radial explosive force/shockwave. It was this latter action that Ken suggested as one way they could be used to “rectify mass” leading to propulsion.

I don’t know about a Japanese researcher in Tokyo, however Matsumoto clearly imaged them at Hokkaido University and did refer to them as Micro Ball Lightning (MBL) from mid 1990s following a meeting with Ed Lewis at a conference and did state in a letter to Fusion Technology in 2001 that his ‘Itonic clusters’ were the same thing as Plasmoids, Ken Shoulders work and Ball Lightning.

Matsumoto’s classic 1996, Pb wire in KOH/H2O solution with AC 120V pulses experiment, was (without realising it) in fact producing HHO and then burning it producing MBL. This was presented at ICCF-7, Vancouver, 1998, pp. 225-229. This is something I highlighted in my 2021 Assisi presentation.

Dr. George Egely, a renowned expert on Ball Lightning events, helped me in Tokyo with Dr. Ohmasa to test his Ohmasa Gas (a highly active form of HHO) and we showed various effects of the Ball Lightning so produced, including non-thermal incandescence on Indium, fission and nucleon exchange on Tungsten (Since replicated with our own HHO generator) and fusion of Oxygen to sulfur on a 10 Yen coin in Micro Ball Lightning tracks that indicate long-lived sub-quanta as observed by Moscow Nuclear Physics Institute / Bogdanovich et. al. in discharges through flowing water - that also produces and burns HHO as well as producing shear forces (which lead to critical turbulence) on the metal target as we produced with Ohmasa Gas impinging on metal samples.

Discussion on Dr. Greers comments

1. Ken Shoulders did say that they were charge clusters and they were little ball lightning. This is true

2. What is not said is that coherence is achieved (possibly by formation of Cooper Pair bosons and then self organisation) in these clusters (Exotic Vacuum Objects, EVOs) by loosing kinetic energy in the form of photons mostly up to 2 KeV. This is not a criticism of Dr. Greers statement, it is in addition to.

3. As the coherent matter of the condensed fluidised electrons explode (dishevel in Ken’s terminology), the cohered electrons re-gain their charge, and fermion status, forcing them to repel each other as we have shown, indeed producing a ‘cavity’ in his words, exerting a force that Dr. Greer eludes to as referenced above and which can be used to drive a turbine for instance, it is the process that drove the Papp engine as I detailed in my 2020 Russian conference presentation “The Monopole Clutch”. Shishkin et. al. empirically identified that the clusters blowing apart throw out electrons between 6 and 10 keV. This is true

In addition, they must also re-gain thermal energy from impinged lattice vibrations and the wider environment via Infra-Red (IR) photons leading to the phenomenon of “Cold Electricity” that was likely first discovered by Tesla, used in Soviet Energetics research to transfer 25kW down a 8um wire as witnessed in Moscow by representatives of Tom Bearden in 1992, observed by Dr. Matsumoto in 1996, witnessed in LION experiment etc. This would cause an engine using this process to run cold as it did in the Papp engine. This is not a criticism of Dr. Greers statement, it is in addition to.

5. Since an (IR) photon is maximally 1.7eV, one requires to absorb at minimum 3530 IR photons to observe kenetic energy in an ejected electron of 6 keV assuming no residual energy in the formerly degenerate electrons. This explains the hypothesised near instant cooling of the LION rector to near absolute zero during disruption of EVOs in the copper oxide reactor crust and the instantaneous darkening of the inside of the steel reactor shell in VEGA EVOs. This process therefore would be converting thermal IR photons and lattice vibration phonons into high energy photons (2 keV) and electrons (up to 10 keV). This evidence indicates that perhaps the ‘excess energy’, which is actually a process of EVO driven energy transfer, may not require Zero Point to be invoked as Dr. Greer suggests. An apparatus leveraging this process would run cool, or cooler than ambient. Conversely, if energy is gained from the zero-point, the EVO would need to re-package that energy into ordinary matter, such as electrons, which is a possibility. A technology claiming to only get energy from the zero point and transfer that only to existing matter kinetically, would necessarily warm up in my view.

6. In addition, nuclear transmutation and even matter collapse has been observed by Hutchison, Solin, Matsumoto and others and this yields vast amounts of energy that the EVO captures into its coherent matter and can release as high energy photons, typically UV to Soft X-Rays. Again this would lead to heating or likely destruction of a reactor.

7. This means there are several options to produce direct electrical energy, for instance, by transfer of energy to non-cohered electrons via UV to 2 KeV photos as described in Ken’s 1989 patent. Ken suggested a photoelectric material as the source of capture of energy from these high energy photons, directly freeing electrons from say Copper (I) Oxide or Yttrium coated Copper as I have suggested and a drift tube to an anode where the original electrons and photoelectric produced electrons lead to a current gain. Direct generation can also be done like the Papp device using Magneto Hydro Dynamics (MHD) via a pickup coil. In the Chukanov patent, he stressed the coherent matter with say a magnetic field to force shedding of potentially contained nuclear transmutation energy via photons for remote harvesting (also suggested by Shoulders). Solin in 2001 used induction to directly harness electricity from the charged matter being spun around the overall coherent matter, something we have observed. His statement that Charge clusters can lead to a range of energy generation technologies is therefore true.

8. “It [Charge Clusters in action] was imaged” based on experiments the MFMP conducted in Japan with Dr. Ryushin Ohmasa, in Tokyo. It was also imaged in early 1990s by Dr. Matsumoto in Hokkaido. It is not clear if this is what Dr. Greer was referring to, but he does qualify by saying “I think it was”. This is true

9. Dr. Greer said “static electricity, by the way, is millions of volts”, this can be true for instance in a large Van deGraaf Generator (VDG), one can achieve 25,000,000 V, John Hutchison typically used 500,000 V unit. The interviewers corrected him unfairly based on an assumed off-camera hand gesture as he was trying to expand ‘on the fly’ in lay terms what static electricity is when he said “when you zap”. Notably, Ken Shoulders said that the easiest way one may have witness an EVO is to have had a static discharge from ones finger. Yes both the 25,000,000 V build up on a VDG and the body are quanta of static charge, the amount and potential is different. Moreover, Shishkin specifically says that EVOs and all other names attributed to them are a form of static electricity. This is true.

10. He notes that it needs to be unidirectional pulsed impacts to achieve the effect. This is true

Conclusion

Dr. Steven Greer, handling unscripted live questioning, was reasonably cogent. In any situation, an interviewee makes the best effort with the knowledge at the top of their mind and this is no different. Their one ‘correction’ of him, was unfair based on the fact he was clearly aiming his comments to a lay person as stated and trying to give them something to identify with and could easily have been clarified with him before inserting their ‘correction’. Large static accumulators can get to millions of volts and the discharge may be all the more fast and appropriate for producing EVOs, though the levels a body can be charged to are more than capable.

The 1995 Zhvirblis paper states that a physical analogue of the Fractal Toroidal structure’s we have identified in Hutchison and VEGA systems lead to a closed pointing vector and that this has the ability to capture and store electromagnetic energy in an electromagnetic phantom. This is based on a simple extension of the Maxwell equations as calculated by Nevessky (1993). These phantoms have no charge and are not dependent for long life on the current structure that formed them.

Fluctuations in the zero-point produce positron-electron pairs. When these then annihilate, they produce two 511keV gamma photons which are the exact energy of the ‘particles’ annihilated. This energy can be captured into the phantom. In this way, the energy is therefore captured from the zero-point fluctuations. I hypothesise that disruptive discharge into these structures might cause them to dishevel and, if still inside the fractal toroidal fluidised electron structure that formed them, perhaps the coherent matter could convert the stored EM energy into more electrons as the EVO dishevels. In this way, zero-point fluctuations might be rectified and converted into real electrons.

In Ball Lightning research, SLAC researcher David Fryberger calls these closed pointing vectors ‘vacuum currents’, and states that when these are energised beyond a critical threshold, they will cause baryons to decay as empirically observed by Solin and independently Matsumoto. This would produce photons, which could be converted as above or emitted, and electrons that could join the condensate. If the condensate was a complex one that included a range of coherent matter wave functions, then energy might settle into, or promote or demote wave functions via wave interference into another spectrum of wave functions and this would lead to, upon EVO collapse, synthesis of matter, transmutation etc. as observed in LENR and in the US Fusion Programs verified technology of S. V. Adamenko and in our analysis of elemental distributions around vortex features on Hutchison samples.

Ken Shoulders called the EVO the ‘Universal Clutch’ - is it becoming clear why?
