Either magnetic spin carrying particles move in a repeating closed path, or a large number of magnetic spin particles are aggregated in a voluum of space as is seen to occur in a permanent magnet. The Fractal Toroidal Moment assumes the first mode of producing a magnetic field where spin particle movement is required. It is my current belief that the aggregation of fixed spin particles in space like a permanent magnet is the origin of the magnetic nature of the LENR reaction.
The indication that the fixed spin particle nature of the EVO comes from the witness marks that the EVO produced in matter. Moving particles do not leave such impressions in matter but fixed spin particles in space do.
You should probably concentrate on producing a practical application for your research. You're not doing the world or yourself any favors by trying to link this with possible use in the past.

Well, they could have used it to manipulate matter, such as rock as is suggested by many megalithic structures around the world and legends of native peoples such as those at Nan Modal.
They may have flown with it, enabling trade and transportation, there are indications there was a pre-ice age global interchange of ideas, the Hopi people and Vedic beliefs and texts suggest they had means of flying transport and both peoples have the auspicious symbols central to their beliefs but are on opposite sides of the planet. Indeed, speaking to your comment, the caduceus, that comes out of the base of the Fractal Toroidal Structures is one of the oldest symbols known to man, it is the part of the structure that allows it to propel matter and if that is working against gravity it does that too. The caduceus represents trade and transportation and was on coins in Turkey and Greece 1000s of years ago.
You can go out and buy machines that I have established use this process precisely (that were hitherto unexplained) like

It was the most remote place I had ever been, even to this day. I was teaching former WWII code talkers English so they could communicate with their grand-kids. They in turn taught me Navajo. There was nothing in Ramah except a small, modern school building and some trailers for the staff. For the most part, Navajo live in 6-sided hogans in small family groups far away from anyone else. As I didn’t a have car, the only way to get food was to ride in the back of a truck with them every weekend to Gallup to get groceries. It was a beautiful, timeless place out there in the desert with just an AM radio for news and a landline. It wasn’t a featureless desert, there were huge rock formations in the distance to the east but if you looked to the south it was just hundreds of miles of emptiness. The main thing I learned from them is that our modern sense of time is an invention. They didn’t pay attention to hours or minutes. If you met up with them, it was just sort of, around, a general time of day. You had to learn a lot of patience waiting for something to happen and during those times you just absorbed the vastness of the space out there.
