There is one major factor that you neglected to consider. Leclair showed that cavitation produces ultra dense water. This type of nanoparticle is superconducting. It provides a seed that creates the EVO to form. In the ECCO experiment, the ultrasonic head produced the seed superconducting nanoparticles of water to form.

By popular request, here is a resource to learn about Wilhelm Reich's views and conclusions regarding flying saucers. Linked is a book of Reich's writings on weather modification and UFOs (epic combo) released shortly after Reich's passing. I'm still working on going through it in detail, but one notable finding is that Reich's weather modification tool (a coherent matter gun called a cloud buster) was also able to - apparently - disable UFOs as they fly (the newly posted link below goes into this in detail in the immediate beginning of the book). The chicken and egg thing. What comes first, superconductivity or coherence?
Well sometimes its superconductivity and at other times it is coherence, but in the end, both superconductivity and coherence will both be present while the EVO is active. First, we can understand how this EVO process works based on a superconductor from looking at the experiments of Holmlid and LION.
Holmlid like LION first produces a superconductor call ultra dense hydrogen using a catalyst. LION uses lattice compression in diamond to produce ultra dense deutrium (UDH).
For Holmlid and LION. the UDH as a superconductor will lay dormant until it is stimulated by light.
In Holmlid's experiments. he uses a laser to fed coherent photons into the UDH. In the LION experiment, the alumina in and around his reactor must be heated to the proper black body high temperature to produce the non coherent high energy photons to activate the superconducting UDH in the diamond lattice.
The light that activates the superconductor does not necessarily need to be coherent. For example, Holmlid found that the florescent lights in his lab would activate the UDH.
Sveinn Ólafsson, Holmlid's replicator found that when he applied laser light to the UDH, strange radiation began to appear inside his cloud chamfer in his lab that he uses for particle detection.

In biological systems, coherence is produce by a colony of bacteria or fungus. These bugs have developed the ability to act as a single organism to activate super-radiance and super-absorption to transmute matter and to eliminate radiation.

The term for this situation used in science is a "bubble of nothing"
In general terms, the EVO is a negative universe with a bubble of nothing at its core. But the EVO cannot be penetrated using any probes that we can fashion. It is completely isolated from our universe with the exception of the magnetic vortex tendrils that project out of its base. It is an impenetrable isolated micro universe that exists independent of our universe.
In this case "nothing" means that no vacuum state exists in this bubble... no cosmological constant is expressed. It is a null universe. But energy can accumulate inside this bubble.
When the EVO explodes, the energy that is stored in the Bubble of nothing re-enters our universe and is exposed again to the laws that exist here. That energy is reformulated into matter that we can now recognize based on the laws of nature that exist in our universe. The shape and form of this reformulated matter takes on the topology of the bubble of nothing that previously held that energy... a sphere.
It looks to me that the reformulated matter that comes out of the EVO after it decoheres is a small percentage of the matter that went into the EVO through its polariton condensate magnetic vortex projections.
In the ULTRA experiment, a huge piece of aluminum foil relatively speaking was converted to a microscopically small ball of layered transmuted elements.The layered crenelated ball that we saw come out of the ULTRA experiment shows what the singularity looks like while it is storing energy during its coherent existence. Energy must be deposited and stored based on its density.
You can imagined how valuable a research tool that the EVO will be when it is in common used in string theory research.
It is my best guess that the missing mass and energy that occurs during the reaction is caused by quantum mechanical superposition because the energy and transmutation events happen in a coherent system,

If an internal monitor (e.g. Geiger counter) detects radioactivity (i.e. a single atom decaying), the flask is shattered, releasing the poison, which kills the cat. The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics implies that, after a while, the cat is simultaneously alive and dead. Yet, when one looks in the box, one sees the cat either alive or dead, not both alive and dead. This poses the question of when exactly quantum superposition ends and reality resolves into one possibility or the other.
When a process that produces energy and matter transformation occurs in a coherent system, the dynamical evolution of the process is not knowable until the system leaves the coherent state. The dynamical evolution of the process will include the energy that is produced and the matter that is converted to energy. Only the final disposition of the system is observable. In the case of the EVO, a small ball of transmuted matter remains after the EVO becomes incoherent. This speaks to a structure inside the EVO that statically stores matter and energy outside of all possible realities such as a singularity.
This production of a ball made of transmuted matter is seen as a reaction product throughout all forms of the Reaction. For example as unlikely as it seems, in SAFIRE, the experimenters found small balls of transmuted matter inside pits in the anode.
