How unexpected, but thankfully shared, observations may have lead to a deep phenomenological understanding of potential 'over unity' energy conversion processes in a coherent matter system. It should be noted that each core of an ECCO rector is by luck or design a Ken Shoulders Exotic Vacuum Object (EVO) tube.
There is one major factor that you neglected to consider. Leclair showed that cavitation produces ultra dense water. This type of nanoparticle is superconducting. It provides a seed that creates the EVO to form. In the ECCO experiment, the ultrasonic head produced the seed superconducting nanoparticles of water to form.
By popular request, here is a resource to learn about Wilhelm Reich's views and conclusions regarding flying saucers. Linked is a book of Reich's writings on weather modification and UFOs (epic combo) released shortly after Reich's passing. I'm still working on going through it in detail, but one notable finding is that Reich's weather modification tool (a coherent matter gun called a cloud buster) was also able to - apparently - disable UFOs as they fly (the newly posted link below goes into this in detail in the immediate beginning of the book). I've also downloaded the PDF incase it gets pulled, but it might be wise for you to do the same.
