A circular resonant Aether “current”. As the dramatic picture from Ken Shoulders shows, aether waves are scalar - and quite spectacular. The colours also match what Tesla described (from pearlescent white through violet/blue to other colours as well, and all quite “soft” in their appearance, unlike jagged electrical spark glows).
An excellent paper! It makes sense that the filaments flowing from the inner surface of the outer sphere to the outer surface of the inner sphere are aether currents - the worm hole from the consuming fractal toroid on the outer surface of the inner sphere to the erupting fractal toroid on the inner surface of the outer sphere. Likely the curved geometry of the concentric spheres plays a significant role in allowing the aether columns to form between the surfaces rather than the curved flux loops seen in the ULTR experiment where just one flat-ish metal surface was present. Aether streams (as (focussed) scalar waves), Tesla observed, generate electron avalanches when striking a metal plate, useful when regenerating atoms from aether streams formed from ElectroNuclear collapse (so bringing together Dr. Matsumoto’s work with that of Ken Shoulders and Nikola Tesla). This points the way to using the TSG in an HHO generating ultrasonic/water system or VEGA anode (interior sphere)/cathode (exterior sphere) system. As the TSG is relatively easy to construct, adding an ultrasonic water pump circulatory system (bearing in mind safety concerns) and/or electrically separated charged anode/cathode system (with hydrogen feed round the inner sphere) should be relatively inexpensive and “straightforward” to do (no special lab required)

Hi there, your comment sent me on a deep dive into teslas aether streams. I saw a phenomena emerging and emanating from a cloud about 3 years ago. Now after reading a little on teslas aether streams, what I saw fits perfectly with Tesla’s descriptions of what he created. Within a cloud, I saw a ball of light which then formed a gaseous beam which elongated and grew towards the ground and above the cloud. As it grew, it changed colors multiple times from blues and purples to reds and greens. Once it made contact with the ground, it just retracted back into the point of light in the cloud and disappeared. The whole thing lasted for about a minute. This occurred at 10 pm on the coast of Florida. 2 others were with me and we saw the whole thing play out. What do you think I saw? Seeing how Tesla created his aether streams with a pulse or pulses of disruptive charges, it seems a cloud is totally capable of something like this? Maybe it created a ball lightning like phenomenon that could sustain itself? Idk I’m an idiot just looking for answers. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
A telltale sign that it is luminiferous aether is that the streamers have a “soft” glow and appear more like flames than jagged, harsh electrical discharges. Luminiferous aether waves are also scalar (longitudinal, like sound), rather than transverse (like light) so tend to appear as silent curtains dancing in a gentle wind - exactly as the picture from Ken Shoulders in Bob’s paper shows (in this case, I believe the streams are coming together)

330 Volts started arcing on the inside roof. I measured it to ground, and I had 300 volts cloudy day. It must have been a connector. As I had a pvc pipe to stop it arcing put. I never had a problem until I replaced my invertor last week. The hot plastic started a small fire on the ground. A Paslow gun gas and nails were on the ground nearly exploded. My home made ebike was under it but did not get touched. It did burn a large cable I had for balancing large 304 AH batteries. Nearly lost everything. Installed a Google fire detector yesterday. Anyway I need to figure out my shed. My wife wants me to sell it all now.
Inverter was on aluminium plate. I was a communication technician for the Australian Army plus calibration technician. Plus I design stuff for my Army and investigated weird faults in tank, which I solved over the chief scientist. I used PVc here to make sure the wiring did not cut on the tin roof. Plus I used AS3000 au standards. The new inverter was send to me by Growatt Australian head engineer.
10 mV across the heart will kill you. I use rubber gloves and rubber shoe. I measured before I solved the problem. I wait till close to dark to disconnected the 20 panels for safety. My switch off was in my shed. I need switches on the roof too.

Transmutations are imposiible to ever imagine being under human control, let alone BL, according to our "science." Not true. We understand BL and T just fine. Much of it is couched in Masonic BS, hiding ACTUAL gold making (logic is if we have it, we have it i.e. alchemy. No "half pregnant.") Fact is, historically we have never not had this tech in the neighborhood (Space, Earth, Human), but it is now used against humanity, by and large.
