Which, according to my proposed theory in poster sessions at ICCF-22, it is more favourable to produce Pt. John Bockris et. al. in their 1992 explosive method [10] saw production of the radio nuclide 197Pt, which decays to 197Au via β− with a half life of 9.8915(19) hours.

Excellent presentation. Yes, the capabilities opened up by this technology are truly "epoch-making". Yet, there still seems to be an acknowledged(!) basic lack of awareness throughout the scientific community.
So, with this in mind., in response to Sabine Hossenfelder's latest presentation "First Ever Quantum Simulation of Rotating Black Hole" looking at creating quantum vortices using Helium as a superfluid, I added the following comment as a suggested follow-up ;-)
As a further development of this, I suggest looking up the experimental evidence concerning Fractal Toroids (which can be formed quite easily from Toroids) The thing is, Fractal Toroids share many characteristics with black holes (matter consuming Fractal Toroid at the center of an inward spiralling vortex) and that connect with white holes (matter ejecting Toroid at the center of an outward spiralling vortex) by a stream of collapsed matter able to travel through "normal" matter as if it is not there until it hits a metallic surface - very reminiscent of Tesla's radiant energy / cold electricity - and how easy it is "in nature" to create these structures using just water and Aluminium foil held in a cradle to allow access to both sides of the foil in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner (said Fractal Toroids forming at electronic speeds) - just look up MFMP "ULTR - Spin vortex" YT to see a real-time demonstrating of this most easy of experiments to perform - and let nature show you how it's done!
So, by applying repeated shocks to water (in this case, using ultra-sonics) ("->" = leads to)
-> formation of cavitation water bubbles at Aluminium surface
-> charge separation / self forming (water) vortices
-> breakdown of H2O into paramagnetic oxygen + hydrogen ions + electrons
-> formation of 1st level toroid ("plasmoid")
-> (with more matter being drawn in through the vortex) 2nd level toroid
-> (with more matter being drawn in through the vortex) 3rd level toroid
-> ... (deeper levels in the self-similar fractal toroid structure)
-> ElectroNuclear Collapse (ENC) of the matter being drawn into the fractal toroid's sub-toroids and its virtual center, where magnetic pressures reach (a calculated) 50,000,000 Tesla
-> Exotic Vacuum Object (EVO) at the center of the vortex with a coherent electron shell surrounding a hollow (matter reformed) crenelated Iron-56 / Oxygen-16 sphere surrounding a sphere of collapsed matter
-> (if still more matter fed in) exit stream beyond the event horizon of the virtual center of the fractal toroid, streaming out along the outer moment of the fractal toroid (basically, the surface of a larger torus)
-> striking the Aluminium surface again
-> ElectroNuclear reGeneration (ENG)
-> preferential production of alpha (Helium nuclei)-conjugate nuclei (C-12 (diamagnetic, so expelled), O-16 (paramagnetic, so retained), S-32 (diamagnetic, so expelled)
-> electron capture from Aluminium to complete the process as the reformed matter enters back in to "normal space"
-> AND, when the EVO ruptures due to exhaustion of feedstock
-> ElectroNuclear reGeneration (ENG)
-> (again preferential production of alpha (Helium nuclei)-conjugate nuclei (C-12 (diamagnetic, so expelled), O-16 (paramagnetic, so retained), S-32 (diamagnetic, so expelled)
-> electron capture from Aluminium to complete the process as the reformed matter enters back into "normal space")
