Bob, IMO the best way to preserve and disseminate your knowledge is writing a book about it (just as Matsumoto, Parhomov and many others did). Internet is not the right place to "store" knowledge. It is intrinsically unreliable and too "fluid". It can be a good way of rapidly promoting, sharing and disseminating the knowledge though (once it has been adequately "crystalised" and preserved). Also, it is clear that video and audio are a far less efficient media for preserving knowledge compared to written text. They are probably faster and direct, but they have too many downsides (need of large storage, high bandwidth, lot of time to watch/listen, lack of details, etc.) I liked very much the fact that here on remoteview you put written transcription of the podcast (and it is one of the reason I was happy to pay the subscription). However, sooner or later my friend, you should write a book! It is a deadly boring process, I know, but it has worked quite good during all history of humanity... :-)

Awesome Bob! I hadn't been following steamit's trajectory and wasn't aware it was falling to a similar fate. I've watched so many news channels get chopped from youtube and social media the last two years it's sad that content creators give them content to even use, I say let them become echo chambers for corporate propaganda and wither away. The few alternative channels that remain are succumbing to soft censorship, OR stepping up and posting the truth with even more tenacity almost as if a challenge to say "ban me too"/"try and soft censor this" as retribution for those who were banned. It's sad that those users trapped on them exclusively will no longer be able to easily find this content, but they will come when they are ready. Happy new year to you and your family!

Hi Bob, if you want to truly safeguard your videos, mirror them to a hosted Youtube alternative like PeerTube. I have experience running my own PeerTube instance, and can help in this regard if you would are interested in this. As always, I completely volunteer to do this work and any other work you may have that can assist you.

Encrypt you site. Give Unique and individual keys out to people you trust. if a key leaks you know who it was. Red Herring...

Bob, Something poped into my mind over the weekend, Probably trivial but you would be better to suited to tell me if it is so. Have you seen Patient 17? It was on Netflix. In that documentary they extract a so called 'ET Sample' from a guy who claimed it was runing his life. Once the milimeter sample was extracted they sent it to be analyised.

What came back was something that seems a lot like NTM. it was a sample the Metalergy experts just through there hands up in confusion when asked 'How would you make this' Some of the isotopes of the elements where from outside of the solar system which removed the possibility of it being a road chip or a small pebble. Infact the person reading the result of the analysis was so flabergasted at the shear amount of elements and ther isotopes he was almost speechless.

Could the sample not be ET and instead made from Nuclear tranmuttion?

Thanks.
