Extraordinary, repeatable evidence in multiple plasma and cavitation systems producing anomalous effects

It would be great to see you there, failing that, you could join the workshop in Brno between 6th and 10th September, where this material will be discussed and participants will have live hands-on microscope and macro photography access to many samples and be able to conduct real experiments such as ULTR, Plasma and Matsumoto type experiments.
Abstract
Anomalous heat, tracks and transmutations have been found over decades of LENR research 1,2,3,4,5,6. The MFMP has extensively documented these phenomena both in third party work, replications of prior research, in community collaborations and in our own novel approaches. In recent years, caught on video and quality images, we have predictably observed the action of fractal toroidal current structures, the specific signatures of which are present when anomalous heat or transmutations are present.
It was hypothesised by the author at the ICMNS-15 workshop 7 and ICCF-25 8, that the Fractal Toroidal Moment (FTM), its phase singularities, and its known Aharonov-Bohm matter-wave synchronisation property, would appear in any system with sufficient charge separation and multi-axis hydrodynamic shear, ideally in the presence of standing waves, of all kinds, in solids, fluids and ionic or polar mediums.
This presentation will definitively show extraordinary and consistent evidence of how matter is captured, and expelled from these now well-determined structures, resulting in the widely observed effects.

Great news. The model is clear, it’s fit with observations clearly demonstrable, and it’s fit with ancient symbols is, to use mystery history’s favourite turn of phrase, very compelling.
Further, the ULTR experiment is easy to replicate and perform, producing elements in distributions that would be very hard (actually, impossible) to explain any other way, while Henk Jurren’s VEGA system clearly demonstrates a mechanism that generates EVOS that are actually observed as micro-ball lightning. Add to this the fastidiously and comprehensively documented experiments of Dr. Takaaki Matsumoto, the experimental work of John Hutchison, the over unity of the hydrosonic pump (that nearly cost Mark LeClaire his life) and the very extensive research of the Russian scientific community into MTECs (FTMs) and inventions therefrom and it is clear that not only do FTMs exist everywhere in nature at every level but that they also can deliver many, many benefits via a set of tools and enhanced capabilities to either partially or fully address the existential issues now facing humanity.
And with Bob’s inimitable presentation style and encyclopaedic knowledge on the subject, I, for one, feel confident that this presentation will “shift the dial” toward a more favourable consideration of FTMs, EVOs, ElectroNuclear Collapse and reGeneration and the many other constructs and observations across an ever greater cross-section of the world wide scientific (on the true sense of the word) research community.
I've just finished watching a YT presentation covering the Essential Nikola Tesla Lecture from 1891 by Master Ivo and feel I need to include here a RECOMMENDATION OF THE HIGHEST ORDER to watch said presentation. Part 2, in particular, drives home in a very visual way the importance of true poloidal fields as opposed to fields that wind round a torus in a helical structure and the critical role of contracting or expanding ELECTROSTATIC (as opposed to electromagnetic) fields in the generation of scalar "radiant" energy.

The second part (from time t=1518 to time t=2499) provides the clearest VISUAL explanation of static electric fields (relevant to both Tesla's work and the FTM), and the difference between Transverse ElectroMagnetic (TEM) effects and Longitudinal Magneto Dielectric (LMD) Resonance effects (the latter being directly relevant to the formation of Fractal Toroids using a VR 3D Whiteboard. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words - or, in this case, 10,000 words!
