Seeking an all-encompassing TLA

In my pre-ICCF-26 presentation and poster session at the conference, I started to air what I believe is a close to all-encompassing process to explain all the phenomena observed in so-called ‘alternative-energy’, transmutation, remediation of radioactive nuclides, LENR, Cold Fusion, Ball Lightning, propulsion, Hutchison Effect etc. Note that part of this is that the process is not just (or even at all) nuclear fusion or fission, but may in fact be matter falling apart (cluster decay) or merging (via weak interactions) in parts of the active agents and being instantly synthesised or re-born based on wavelet density in the core and sub-cores of the confining fractal electrodynamic structures when they dishevel.

Right from my baptism of the ‘New Fire’ at ICCF-17 in 2012, I have had the signature phrase of Prof. Vladimir I. Vysotskii of Kiev National Shevchenko University, Ukraine, ringing in my ears - “Coherent Correlated States” that he would say over and over again in many presentations. Of course, I was later to learn that he was part of the team that worked with Stanislav Adamenko, as part of the largest systematic study of transmutation ever conducted. In the latter researchers book “Controlled Nuclear Synthesis”, the word “coherent” is mentioned 46 times, here are a selection of phrases:

• “One day, it suddenly dawned on me, as a fully obvious thought, that the electron beam should be used for the excitation of a coherent avalanche-like self-supporting low or isentropic secondary (with respect to the beam) process which will develop by the laws of nonlinear phenomena with a positive feedback.” - p. 17

• “The common dominating disturbance [pulse shock impacts of high intensity - ed] coherently transfers the momentum of the unidirectional motion in the phase space to all elements of the ensemble,” - p.27

• “The most important property of the gravitational collapse is its being initiated by a self-generated common dominating disturbance which has character of a mass force and emerges due to the coherent amplification of gravitation effects for a macroscopic ensemble of particles of matter located at the same distance from the center of mass of the collapsing object, i.e., those located in the volume of a thin spherical layer (see V. A. Fock, The Theory of Space, Time and Gravity - in Russian - Fizmatgiz, Moscow, 1961);”
  Collective self-consistent coherently accelerated motion of a set of particles of matter, where the centripetal component of the momentum of each particle is much higher than its thermal (chaotic) component, brings a portion of matter made of those particles into a special “collectivised” critical state.” [coherent centripetal matter is a COHERENT MATTER WAVE, ergo, more coherent matter wave in same space leads to gravitational collapse - ed] - p.29

• “Self-consistent initiation, development, and running of collective nuclear transformations with opposite energy directivity: at the trailing edge of the wave in the region of intense coherent deceleration of particles, in the direction of a decrease in the integral and specific inertia (the rest mass) of formed nuclei, with the formation of a negative mass defect and the release of free energy; at the leading edge of the wave in the region of intense coherent acceleration of particles, in the direction of an increase in the integral and specific inertia (the rest mass) of products of the nuclear regeneration, with the formation of a positive mass defect and the absorption of free energy.” - p.42

• “The products released from the central area of the target destroyed by an extremely powerful explosion from inside in every case of the successful operation of the coherent beam driver created in the Electrodynamics Laboratory “Proton-21”, with the total energy reserve of 100 to 300 J, contain significant quantities (the integral quantity being up to 10−4 g and more) of all known chemical elements, including the rarest ones. The local concentrations of those elements in various areas of the surface of accumulating screens made of chemically pure materials vary in the broadest range, from millesimals and centesimals of 50% to 70% and more, with combinations, compounds, and alloys which cannot be obtained under usual conditions.” - p.49

• “Because the lanthanides were absent there prior to the explosion, we conclude that they are created as a result of nuclear reactions induced by the impact of the coherent electron beam” - p.259

• “Therefore, we can conclude that the discovered anomalies of isotope compositions give a strong argument indicating the existence of significant numbers of nuclear reactions in the target substances which occur upon its explosion induced by impact with “coherent electron bunches” from our experimental setup.” - pp.261-262

• “This corresponds to the Cherenkov instability accompanied by a coherent transfer of energy from electrons to the plasma and leads to the instantaneous heating and destruction of a target.” - p.507

On page 751 of the 754 page book, in Adamenko’s own comment on the huge body of work that preceded it, no less than 8 out of the 46 uses of the word that appear in this huge scientific document, appear in the first two paragraphs of the epilogue.

Before Adamenko though, there was the expired 1992 Quantum Coherent Patent of M. Solin which uses the word in 15 places in a far shorter document. Here are a few examples in various contexts (matter wave, collapsing of matter wave, coherent radiation emissions):

• “Bose condensate moves orderly. It is characterized by the existence of a mechanism of non-dissipative flow. It is not just a set of quanta with random parameters, but a classical coherent wave.”

• “is formed in accordance with the laws governing the implementation of structural-phase nuclear transformations and the combination of electromagnetic, gravitational and nuclear forces in a superconducting nuclear condensate. Therefore, it is detected spontaneously (without chemical etching of the nuclear fusion product) due to the implementation of coherent (ultrafast, explosive) crystallization.”

• “The use of an electronic furnace as a quantum nuclear reactor to initiate controlled self-sustaining chain reactions of nuclear fusion, the formation of magnetic charges, the generation of superconducting currents and coherent radiation, the generation of electrical, magnetic (electromagnetic), gravitational and sound energy, and the production of chemical elements as a result nuclear fusion.”

Before the likes of Matsumoto and Adamenko had realised the importance of ‘coherent electron bunches’ Ken Shoulders had been researching them extensively. He was also very aware of the importance of coherences.

• In his 2006 paper “Dark Matter Messengers” he noted that a “Sympathetic, coherent coupling between Exotic Vacuum Objects (EVOs) operating within close proximity of each other has been found.”

• In “Energy Conversion From The Exotic Vacuum--Revised”, he says “In this trans-space charge region, electrons are emitted as a coherent stream of fluid having number densities equal to that of the conductor lattice template, being in the region of Avogadro’s number.”

• In his 2004 paper “Superluminal Particle Measurements”, he says “Measurement methods are presented here showing that clusters of electrons, or EVOs, can take on a state of self-organization that becomes undetectable using conventional measurement methods. While in this highly coherent EVO state, a cluster of 100 billion or more electrons are rendered invisible through an astonishing increase in velocity.

Recently, Dr. Ed Storms (former LANL) has accepted that coherent electrons, such as EVOs could be the way in which Cold Fusion works.

In the case of Adamenko and Shoulders, they start with a critical impulse to achieve coherence, in the case of many other authors work, coherence is arrived at by resonance, this is true of cavitation and other vibration assisted processes. Regardless, coherence is key and so we will take COHERENT as our first critical word.

In physics, coherence is the fixed phase relationship of waves, including matter waves like electrons, enabling synchronized oscillations and collective action for interference and diffraction, as seen in lasers and quantum experiments.

Energy is the one thing, above all others, that underpins economic activity and is key to transport, environment management, food, water and technological security etc. Since all matter is trapped energy and energy can be converted to matter, I argue that ENERGY should be our second critical word.

So what of the last word in our TLA, I offer 3 to vote on below:

• Transformation (noun) denotes a significant change in form, appearance, nature, or character, often implying improvement or evolution. From Latin transformare ("to change form"), it spans physical (e.g., caterpillar to butterfly), personal (e.g., mindset shift), organizational (e.g., digital transformation), mathematical, or artistic contexts, with positive or neutral connotations.

• Reformation implies innovative restructuring to enhance sustainability. It carries a sense of progress and responsibility, focusing on eco-friendly technologies, like renewable energy or sustainable materials, and regulatory shifts to reduce environmental harm while promoting efficiency and ecological balance.

• Transduction is the process of converting one form of energy or matter into another. For example, a solar panel transduces light energy into electrical energy, or a chemical reaction transduces matter into different compounds, facilitating energy transfer or transformation across systems.
