Today I am sharing a pre-print prepared for ICCF-25 to ask for critique and comment from the community.
The team in Taiwan have done a thorough study across many reactors using several techniques and find apparent synthesis of proposed likely elements including evidence of 22Ne without evidence of 20 or 21Ne. If confirmed this is categorical proof of LENR which cannot be considered contamination.
