Some thoughts. In Reich's orgone (chi) accumulation chamber "Alternating layers of organic and non-organic materials inside the walls supposedly increase the orgone concentration inside the enclosure relative to the surrounding environment." The torn down structures in the grand gallery could be brackets for holding the 'helmhotlz resonators' pp 165+. Perhaps no complex chemisty is required, just enough raw energy floating up from below. The rising of the Nile could produce the pressure via the well shaft to somehow drive the resonators. Where does the air escape above?
Once chi energy is refined a natural coupling of yin, yang with yuan neutral (earth) core can occur more easily and new material is birthed, the elixir. Everything comes onto a better level of ease and flow.

I wonder if the shape of the Ankh is to allow insertion into the mouth or to touch under the nose where the main Yang and Yin channels (Governor and Conception) meet.
