I tried this a while ago, with both the "water in sunlight in a strong magnet" and my transmutation of Aluminum to Iron through high voltage electrolysis. No tracks seen. But I only tried it once for each. It is on my list for trying again.
It can take time to happen. It helps if you are near to a pole as the original researchers were (see my comment to Steven B Halls on the Lochak pole detections). Also the original claimants had it exposed for many days.
In the case of Suhas Ralkar, his ultrasonically treated fuel did not work until > 140 hours of sonication.
Parkhomov's 225 day reactor and LIONs have very slow heat ups. His "Woodpecker" device conversely is very intense magnetic field collapse with built-in wide parameter space sweeping.
Both the 225 day reactor and "Woodpecker" produced SR off and on. As I said recently, Shishkin rotary cavitation device only produced 'birdies' for a while and then stopped, to get it working again, he would have to move it to a different part of his lab which implies to me that the cohering process has an event horizon and after it has cohered matter within that event horizon, only diffusion will allow for further capture.
Now, because we know from Zhou et. al. 1988-1999 work and the work of Dr. Alexander G. Parkhomov that relic neutrinos can partially reflected by dense matter - you should probably conduct these experiments outside or at least with an open window - think Feng shui ideally, I will talk about this more in the future, but when you you consider the 'active agent' to be Qi, it makes more sense.
I would do what Bockris and Sundaresan did in 1993 - degass deionised water by boiling it, the saturate it with oxygen, on way might be to place the water into ultrasonic tank and bubble O2 through it using perhaps a fish tank aerator
Regarding the references 3 and 4, could you give an analogy, something to aid understanding (equivalent to the "smoke-ring" analogy on a needle cathose), because I couldn't visualize how sunlight or laser light, plus water, plus magnets, plus a container surface, was able to form EVOs.
So in references 3 and 4, it is assumed it is some kind of massive photon, but in fact it is not, they are neutral EVO/Micro-BL/Itonic clusters that have been observed now by many researchers, including ourselves, that are excited and released by the action of the laser. I understand it to be like this.
In the seminal work by L. I. Urutskoyev, he showed that transmutation, Ball Lightning and Strange radiation were connected. In the same experiment, because his emulsions and 57Fe foils were outside of the water/polymer/metal chamber in air up to 0.7m from the exploding wire - he also showed that the travelling clusters had to be unable to interact with a lot of ordinary matter (solid, liquid, gas, insulator, conductor) he also showed they were magnetic and of two charges by having an N and a S of normal magnets on the back of the 57Fe and detecting a change in the NMR states of the nuclei respectively. I discussed this a number of times. Here is the most recent example example.
Now, I had already suspected from our research that the high paramagnetic nature of Oxygen was playing a role in LENR due to the 1993 work of Bockris and Sundaresan which I have mentioned a good number of times over the years. In their paper the ONLY SAW synthesis of Fe if they had dissolved oxygen in the water when they did arc discharges between spectrographically pure carbon electrodes FOR FOUR HOURS in 20-30 min runs with 15-20 min breaks.
They came to the conclusion that it was due to the following reaction
2 x 12C + 2 x 18O > 56Fe + 4He
Though they did not look for 4He. Note, all nuclei listed are bosonic. They did see the water temperature rise in order of the potential excess released from the hypothesised nuclear reaction.
Note they use 18O to aid the balancing, however, this is a rare isotope. I think it is more likely due to the paramagnetic nature of O2, electron clusters bind to the O2 until such point as they aggregate, directly resulting in the collapse of a vast number of nucleons resulting in the formation of Fe. The net energy would still be similar in this case as the mass balance will have changed similarly, but the path to the product would be different with little to no 4He production.
Bardout et al. recorded tracks on Kodak Industrex MX125 photographic media during an expedition to the North Pole.
Lochak believes the monopoles are magnetically excited neutrinos - this could be true of relic and technologically synthesised ones also. He believed that the magnetic pole would excite neutrinos from the sun (though they could be relic neutrinos) and this would produce tracks - he observed tracks.
My hypothesis is this:
1. The Water, with oxygen dissolved in it, is the aggregator, the colder the water the better as O2 paramagnetic nature rises with lower temperature
2. The Magnets focus / align the incident magnetically excited neutrinos / EVOs
3. The laser heats and may even break the O2, this releases the aggregated EVOs which may further cohere/aggregate with assistance of the coherent light and are emitted.

Then put it into a tightly sealed dish when placing into sun (so that it does not de-gas) and Ideally keep cool.

I think the whole point is that the water captures EVOs (or cold neutrinos) and the laser destroys them releasing the SR.
