I recently spoke with someone from Missouri (phone rep with ATT) who survived being in the middle of an E5 tornado. She said everything in her field of vision turned green and stayed green for a while afterwards (ionization?), and objects in the middle of the vortex were not spinning around but seemed almost weightless. She was able to hold a drifting, big bookshelf away from her with ONE FINGER! Doesn't sound like 500 mph winds but more like electromagnetic fields. Also, some of the bones in her inner ears simply vanished but the rest of her ears were fine. Go figure. What can do that? Electronuclear collapse.

In my opinion, the EVO does not consist of circulating electrons. The EVO is made up of unmoving electron quasiparticles. This particle is actually a photon that has assumed the property of spin from the electron but does not have charge. This quasiparticle called an exciton-polariton has negative mass.
Quasiparticles are bare particles (such as electrons) combined with characteristics from other excitations in their quantum field, such as photons.
These quasiparticles does need to move to produce magnetism. Just like a permanent magnet, these spin particles form a lattice where the spins of all these particles add up to form a powerful combined beam of angular momentum that rotates photons in a magnetic vortex flux tube, one tube for each magnetic pole in a magnetic dipole and only one tube for a monopole.
You have seen the footprint of this magnetic spin lattice in the witness marks produced by EVO impact on metal surfaces. Moving electrons would never produce such magnetic hexagonal impressions on metal.

In the northern hemisphere, tornadoes usually rotate counter-clockwise and in the southern hemisphere clockwise.
I wonder if we will see the same effect on plasmoids and its tornado
