So Bob - your intuition that some of these weather devices are "driven" by alternating layers of high dielectric and high magnetic materials is right on the money. Firstly, Constable outright refers to one of his devices as being a cone with an 'etheric accumulator' attached at the base. Obviously, an 'etheric accumulator' is an orgone accumulator. But beyond that, I've seen interesting effects regarding the collection of water via these devices. A few years ago I went camping in this beautiful, hot and dry area in the high desert mountains near my home. I brought my freshly-made orgone accumulator along for some experimentation, as I felt particularly safe using such devices in the wilderness, far away from RF signals as possible. So anyway, I had left the accumulator out all day. After evening had come, it was time to get camp cleaned up for the night. When I grabbed my accumulator, I was surprised to find that the entire thing had become wet with what I perceived to be dew. This observation struck me as odd - looking around the camp, everything else was bone dry. The tents, the cooler, the chairs - all of it was dry except for the accumulator. After your presentation, I'm finally a great deal closer to understanding why that happened, and I really think that people need to explore this mechanism as a means of driving some of these types of devices.

I finally read that Loom of the Future pdf. First of all, it's making excess electrical energy. Evidence is the need for huge grounding path but not huge power input. Also, it nearly killed someone nearby with an electric discharge (likely from bad grounding). Secondly, it's making EVOs. The pdf describes using cones, or fog-making needles, and using pulsed DC current. Some of those shoot out the pipe, like a smoke-ring cannon, but at "electric speeds" rather than "smoke speeds", so those rings can travel for many miles. The pdf describes cooling effects, and we know EVOs can cool things. When the EVO-smoke-rings arrive in the atmosphere, I think their magnetic effect attracts water molecules to form clouds, and when the EVOs break up, there's enough electrons to form lightning, quite rapidly. I think the theory of Reich and Steiner used in the pdf, about ether flow from "low ether potential" into "high ether potential" is backwards and misleading. This can all be explained with EVOs and with pressure and density.

hi Bob. An alleged whistleblower, named Eric Hecker, who supposedly has worked for one year in Antartcita -site of neutrino detector- for Raytheron, as plumber/firefighter, realized that the the plant is not only a receiver but also a "transmitter" of neutrino flux. According his claims, they are able to manipulate weather and cause earthquakes. In addition, as a detector, is used to track "veichles" that use "exotic propulsion" that emit neutrinos plus affecting brains. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rckecs0PKI4&t=999s. The story is hard to verify but the key role of neutrino in this narration seems consistent to what emerged from your work, in all aspects: industrial/military complex patents, role of relic neutrino, weather and geology manipulation. If it true even a mere 5% of what this guy says, it is really concerning the amount of power in the hands of the usual actors
