Fascinating and great job. So we're talking about microsecond charge neutral structures that then regain their charge and become ordinary matter again, like Shoulder's discussed?

Loved this video Bob. Seeing a lot of momentum in the LENR space these days. Maybe that's just my content feed putting me in an echo chamber, but it seems that the field is getting the attention it deserves.

The strikes look just like the scar on Mars. Even at the end they are circular events. In Mar's case they are volcanoes where on the smaller lab strikes they are ball lightning.
