O-Day - Galactica
Should we go? Did we already? Is it all just a little bit of history repeating?

UPDATES:
Please see later paper by Holt [Ref. 16] and also, note that his last paper listed on research gate [20] is co-authored by Eric W. Davis and Harold E. Puthoff. Here is a couple of clips from this paper
Anomalies of field/plasma persistence have been observed in high-field-strength, plasma systems tested at national laboratories. The phenomena of ball lightning continues to be studied in an attempt to explain its formation and structure.
“EXAMPLE C - Electromagnetic/SonicInteractions
Test devices could be designed to explore the non-linear interactions of electromagnetic radiation (coherent and other) and sonic energy/radiation to look for interesting and relevant effects for Breakthrough Propulsion Physics”
