With all this EVO activity, and the dominant role of fractal toroids and their moments play in a fractal universe, imagine if you will a world in which the environment was much more electrically active than appears today - and the consequently much greater effect of using EVOs generated in the body and linked to brain activity to affect the world around us. Imagine further the trauma of a significant change in the electrical environment, as previously "common" capabilities appeared to just draina away (as an aside, perhaps all those mysterious "false doors" were actually charging stations for the human body in the world as it was). Where is the evidence for such a world, however? It's not as if our ancestors described such a world ... only they did! Not only that, but such "world states" might well be the norm for worlds as new solar systems form: one thing's for certain, the "accretion disk" model of star and planet formation does not stand up to scrutiny, as the disks of all newly forming stars appear to disappear within 10,000,000 years or less - not enough time to actually form planets. Instead, Harbig-Haro objects that form along Birkeland Currents (with Stars, Gas Giants and Smaller Planets forming along the current IN POLAR ALIGNMENT) are a much more likely candidate, with main sequence stars being formed with Gas Giants / Brown Dwarfs axially aligned North and South and, likewise, rocky moons and planets forming North and South from the Gas Giants / Brown Dwarfs along the same axis (each at stable Z-pinch points). In this context:

https://saturnsmasher.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/purpledawn_herbig_haro.pdf

that feeling of "something missing" ("sparks" from the fingertips!) begins to make a lot of sense.

I, for one, personally believe the Universe is Fractal, the basic building block is the Fractal Toroid with Moments, "Space" and "Particles" are not separate (any more than mountains are separate from the land they project from, even if you can only see the tops of them when they poke out of the sea) but are actually all just made of the same thing, that the Planck Constant is likely the lowest level in this fractal we can see / access (but there is likely more beneath we can't (yet) access!), that the universe we see is just one strand in an even bigger "neuron-like" structure (and, yes, it could be that it is "flowing" out of a truly giant "pinch point", just as the matter spews out of the white holes in the ULTR experiment - the universe is fractal!) - and that we - and our thoughts / consciousness are an integral part of this same infinite up/down/left/right/forward/backward structure (even if our limited brains can't fully imagine such infinities - it does not make them not so!).

I also believe the current narratives in the various scientific "disciplines" (actually, stories!) need to undergo a major revision, beyond little tweaks (like, the universe is suddenly 26.7 Billion Years, not 13.7 Billion Years, to accomodate the new JWST findings - but why stop at 26.7 Billion? Why not, "actually, the Big Bang is just a hypothesis, one with the evidence now firmly stacked against it - and, in like manner, what did our ancestors know anyway? Eye witnesses? Pah, just story tellers. Catastrophism? Pah, Uniformitarianism (stands to reason, don't it?). Plasma columns (Squatter man Petroglyphs)? Pah, more story telling. Electrical behaviour? Pah, gravity is all - no woo-woo ESP. Forget the evidence, forget the eyewitness accounts, forget the inconvenient observations, forget the lack of progress, forget the pollution, forget the environmental degradation ! We know the truth - we are always right - the science is settled - there is no other way - only "we" can save you, only "we" can protect you. Ah, the irony! And the stupidity. Still, as I said, just my opinion.

When I first started reading Parkhomov's book, I knew we'd eventually be able to tie everything together as you did in this convincing presentation. People who are good at PK also tend to be good remote viewers showing us that something like relic/cold neutrinos are involved. Just a note about Russ Targ: he was Puthoff's colleague at SRI, not a remote viewer per se. Targ is a laser physicist who invented the technology for the CIA to hear conversations through walls using a laser beam, as he described to us at conferences several times. So he went from one of type of remote viewing to another!

Thankyou for the detail on Targ.

I have wanted to settle (at least for me) this question of how the brain did this, I described my thoughts to Dr. George Egely many years ago and of course have discussed it off and on in streams.

It had to be something doing this action, but to have this data from the group in Australia be actually magnetic vortex and anti-vortex - the pre-requisite for a toroidal moment, published in June 2023 - and it based on fMRI and the implications of that is more than I could have possibly hoped for.

That it turns out that Hal Puthoff was making a Scalar and Vector potential communication device based on the Toroidal moment / Aharonov-Bohm effect and reliant on the Josephson Effect just after he handed over the psychic spy work was beyond my expectations.

Exactly. I've talked with Hal numerous times at conferences and at Ingo Swann's memorial service in NYC and never picked up on his work with the AB effect. We always talked about space-time metric and vacuum engineering in UFO materials and at some point he would say "I can't talk about" which is what you get from folks who've worked in SAPs. I think you've sealed the deal with this brain phase singularity article and the Weinstein/Puthoff conversation. Cold Fusion/LENR/PK/RV, even crop circles, are all different types of toroidal dark matter interactions with intrinsic non-local features and tremendous possibilities. I'd have to say the Russian scientific community got there first, just like they did with Sputnik. I mean you can read the Parkhomov book repeatedly and pick up something new each time.

Hi Simeon,

Imagine his frustration, not being able to talk about these things!

Yes - the Russians got there first - but ancient people clearly knew this. Charlie C. sent me some videos today showing Qigong masters asking me if I had ever seen such things - I had not, but I think we can explain their abilities and understand them also. I have added them as an update to the blog.

And yes on Dr. Parkhomov - in his book, he talks about how divining employs the human vertebrae as an antenna for the flux - and one can see that could be true and an important part of the way meditation accumulates chi - like the spine is the caduceus in the capture process.

It was my honour to re-introduce the work of Ken Shoulders to the LENR community from 2017 onwards - inspite of a forceful allergic reaction to its concepts by some prominent parties.

As I said to Neil Gould on 3rd Jan 2023, when he wondered why things were playing out the way they were - I said "it does not matter how we reach the goal. I helped George as much and as often as I can." I understand why they need to avoid mentioning the MFMP or its participants work.

I must keep pushing forward with trying to understand the process and sharing the insights I find, not for the payday, but because I can, I must, it is the right thing to do.

Many thanks. I shall give your stream of consciousness the consideration it most certainly merits and follow the links you've provided to learn more. For now, on the toroidal moment, I offer but one simple inference based on observation. I was struck by the hexagonal geometry of the static 'footprints' left by many of the EVOs in the presentations you've given. I note that benzine rings are also hexagonal and regular hexagons occur throughout nature, for example in the cells of bee hives, or basalt formations. The hexagon is the two-dimensional manifestation of the radian in the 'external' static geometry of Descartes, who drew an absolute distinction between mind and matter. A Riemann Sphere, on the other hand, allows for the geometry of movement, because what is observed is at the radius of the sphere and the observer is at its centre. The radius (radian) is a different kind of dimension from length, breadth and height, because it enables the charting of consciousness, which is both inside our heads and is 'out there' as the grounding from which the external world arises. You may know it as advaita vedanta.

My links to Substack via Google, for some reason, were not working, but they are now restored. In the meantime, I've dug out some of my sources for that Substack article which I tried to send you last night. I've come at this from the perspective of theoretical physics, as well as philosophical idealism, and I've come to realise that mathematical constants - as opposed to those of nature - are fundamental. One such is √2, another is pi, and a third is the golden ratio. (There are more). I got interested in your work, because EVOs are examples of how Pauli's Exclusion Principle can break down in certain circumstances, to transmute one element into another. If you watch this video clip of Eric Weinstein's interview with Roger Penrose on spinors: https://youtu.be/_EasLq6IQIw you'll notice that it's the unusual spin (angular momentum) of an electron that enables it to participate with its fellow fermions in atomic structures, rather than being plasma. As far as I've been able to understand them, the equations used in quantum mechanics to describe an electron's angular momentum - and other fermions - employ the inverse of √2 as a constant.

Roger Penrose's work with Stuart Hameroff has involved microtubules in the brain. Penrose, who is a mathematician, noticed that their structure takes the form of golden ratio vortices. Here's a good introduction to their work by Hameroff: https://youtu.be/iIyEjh6ef_8 This talk by both of them goes into more depth on the geometry and the physics: https://youtu.be/xGbgDf4HCHU

Towards the end of your presentation, you talk about the vortices that occur on the cerebral cortex. I'm sure you're aware of the work of the late Dr. Michael Persinger, but I found one of his experiments particularly informative, which involved asking participants to sit inside a rotating electromagnetic field, Here's the citation, which will be enough to find a downloadable pdf on line: Persinger, M, A, et al, Evidence of Macroscopic Quantum Entanglement During Double Quantitative Electroencephalographic Measurements of Friends vs Strangers, NeuroQuantology, Vol 7, Issue 4, December 2009,

Hi David,

Ok - I see the theory of Roger Penrose / Stuart Hameroff - it does not preclude the Toroidal moment interaction though I note that he refers to Magnetic Vortices as a competing theory here

https://youtu.be/xGbgDf4HCHU?t=4740

His micro-tubules might play a role in these vortices. They could constitute the means of local storage, I am not saying that the vortices are the storage, I am saying they are for interfacing.

My view is that these may be part of consciousness, and are a means to connect to the "Akashic Record" super consciousness/'ultimate cloud storage' and account for non-local effects.

In their Q&A, they state that for non-local effects such as pre-cognition, then quantum effects must exist in the brain, but stop short of saying that non-local effects are possible.

For me, I don't have this hangup about non-local effects because I have repeatedly experienced pre-cognition across almost all of my aware life.

I have yet to check out your last reference.

Thanks for these materials.

I think that, nowadays, the consensus prevails with respect to quantum theory, which is the Copenhagen interpretation. Penrose doesn't agree with it, but he's reluctant to be too overt about that, because he enjoys his work and the acclaim he receives. That's my reading of his apparent ambivalence, anyway. Even if you take the view, within the Copenhagen interpretation, that consciousness collapses some quantum probability wave, consciousness is essentially a local phenomenon within the observer's skull. On the other hand, the AB effect suggests that there's a real non-physical, non-;local, element that exists beyond the quantum of physical action. It's not just some probability. Puharich's book 'Beyond Telepatthy', is a detailed account of his experiments with subjects who were sitting within Faraday cages, and he gathered a lot of data on the AB effect in this respect. In short, Bohm's interpretation of quantum theory - of an informational pilot wave of quantum potential - lends itself to the reality of non-locality in terms of what he called the implicate order, rather than sub-quantum randomness. I notice there's a talk by Hameroff, where he's talking about Bohm in my youtube feed. I shall now watch it and share it with you: https://youtu.be/DZ484WZS-lo

I think the mathematical constant of the radian might be really important for understanding more about the toroidal moment, by the way.

The new video is slightly more detailed but very similar to his other talk. Again he is taking a view on consciousness from where anaesthetics act.

I am talking about 6th sense and how the brain interacts with the 5th element / Akashic record to both channel intention and action through it and store and retrieve information from it.

I had a friend, she had a fist sized tumour removed from her brain. She was told she may not walk talk etc. After a year or so, I was performing on stage with her.

My father had the heart pump fail due to a power cut during ope heart surgery. He had severe Dysphasia, did not even know who he was and lost half of his vocabulary. In a short amount of time, you would never have known.

I am arguing that there is a short term storage in the brain, and indexes (perhaps these microtubules). Via the toroidal moment memories can be laid down in the Akashic record via the toroidal moment and retrieved later via the toroidal moment.

Sure the microtubules might get shut down, but if the magnetic vortices do also, then the concious experience might only arise out of the collective effect that is expressed at a real-time detectible level in these magnetic vortices. That does not mean the microtubule binding is not the cause - but to show that, you have to disect the brain, fMRI is a little less invasive.

Yes, Hameroff was running out of time, so he skipped over David Bohm, which was a little disappointing. He also mentioned the Fibonacci series geometry of the microtubules only in passing, but I think it’s probably what’s most important about them. You began your presentation by showing how the aether has been a feature of ancient and traditional cosmologies. I consider that it’s central to understanding the nature of what you call the sixth sense, but which I prefer to think of as our non-local innate knowledge. We can see where and how the aether informs our physical world in the geometry of the Golden Ratio, so the structure of the microtubules could be very important in that respect. I don’t necessarily agree with the Penrose-Hameroff OOR hypothesis, in so far as I understand it. In the Timaeus, Plato more than hints that the geometry of the aether is the Golden Ratio, but that was esoteric knowledge given only to mystery school initiates, so his text is necessarily cryptic.

In addition to the examples you gave of friends’ and family members’ experiences, there’s also the phenomenon that people who’ve received organ transplants sometimes report, when they ‘acquire’ the memories of their organ donors. I’m coming round to the view that the Akashic Records are an aspect of the temporal dimension of the aether, which differs from our physical time, just as its spatial dimensions are different from the three of our physical space. A rose’s colour and fragrance are what David Chalmers called qualia, which means they are not the quanta of physical action, but aspects of consciousness; and the aether would seem to act non-locally, through time as much as it may do through space.

Ever since the Michaelson Morley experiment supposedly denied the existence of the aether, it has become a taboo subject for scientific orthodoxy. In fact, an aether flow has been detected at high altitude locations in numerous interferometer experiments subsequently, but they just don’t get acknowledged because of the group-think that is the scientific consensus. Instead, science has invented non-empirical concepts such as dark matter and dark energy to “renormalise” its equations derived from observation. The emergence of the ZPF is most interesting in this respect, because the aether by any other name would smell so sweet, if I may garble Shakespeare for a moment. You may find this discussion paper interesting, because it uses a revised version of the ZPF, called stochastic electro-dynamics, as the physical interface for a cosmology that’s grounded in philosophical idealism. (Misleadingly, the authors call it cosmopanpsychism, or some such. Idealism is definitely not the same as panpsychism, but I’m not going to open that particular can of ontological worms right now): https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpsyg.2020.00371/full

Boyd Bushmann in his comments on "an energy source well beyond fusion" that Lockheed Martin was working on, in an interview where he was discussing AG and Hutchison Effect, was based upon the "Neutrinoverse". He referred to his topological magnetic charge patent that he had made (directed single pole magnetic beams) that are essentially technologically equivalent to the topological charges of the 'birdies' we have captured in LION and the Russian Nuclear research community in many experiments.

https://youtu.be/H_8Nsas5eY0

in my promotion piece for SPACE. EARTH. HUMAN. translation, I refer to papers (see QR codes) that show that Relic Neutrinos are a superfluid coherent condensate through the universe and are, according to CERN, a model of gravity.

https://youtu.be/tcvxRUUMlRk

In my presentation above, I showed how Shishkin and the discoverer of the Toroidal moment - Dubovik, consider that the Background Neutrino condensate, interacts with all atoms.

So we have matter that is one wave-function through the entire universe - a superfluid condensate, that all matter interacts with and some forms of matter can cohere.

I argue that my abilities, which I have proven to be true many times in my life, must have a scientific basis. There must be something in the brain that interfaces with this universal coherent condensate, and since the Toroidal moment fitted the bill, that must exist in the brain, and so it does as of mid June 2023 (though the authors do not know of the [fractal] toroidal moment - their magnetic vortex and anti-vortex will express it, even if they really did not want it to).

For a conscious brain to function optimally, I posit that there must be adequate number, fractality and [controlled] dynamics in these toroidal moments. They may be emergent from properly operating and numerous micro-tubules.

The benzine ring has a coherent de-localised electron torus and anti-torus above and below the ring and in the micro-tubules these may be the base unit toroidal electron wave-function structures on which the fractal toroidal moment waves are built and likewise, the rings in DMT and Psylocybin may be such that they are able to skew the DNA controlled 'seed key' for the particular entities consciousness and in the case of anaesthetics, be able to impede this root structure that I propose is the interface to the Akashic Record / super cloud/ one conscious field.

I believe it is necessary to have the transformation from the single magnetic moment to fractal toroidal moments to interface correctly. The delocalised electrons in the benzine ring cannot by themselves produce a toroidal moment, they only produce individual weak magnetic moments, they must necessarily be combined to form the toroidal moment for vector and scalar potential interaction with the Akashic Record/Fifth Element allowing for 'Sixth Sense'/Pre-cognition/Remote Viewing etc., and for control and manipulation of radiant energy/orgone energy/MTEC/EVO/Erzion/ECTON/N-Radiation/BIONs/Kozyrev-Dirac monopoles/Lochak monopoles/Static Electricity allowing for PK etc.

Simply, the diffuse condensate and clusters of dark matter are available all the time outside (except in the instance of being close to the core of a thunderstorm)

Inside, unless there is a free portal through which they flow, you can use them up and then discharge the clusters to ground.

Without a ready supply, you will start to loose connection with 'reality' and the greater consciousness / Akashic record.

I did experiments on myself when I was around 21 years old and understand how this affects psyche.
