Ball lightning, however, is ultimately unstable, usually catastrophically rupturing as its energy source / material feed is exhausted, causing its “cargo” of highly constrained cohered aether to be released back into normal space, where the aether elements preferentially reform into alpha conjugate elements (with electrons being swiped from the surrounding space on exit)
As to larger ball lightning, Kiril Chukanov was able to create ball lightning using a modified microwave energy generator- see, for example, Kiril Chukanov Angel 1 Ball Lightning Quantum Free Energy Generator.
So, we can play this game until the cows come home, but the facts remain, we are dealing with electrostatics / aether streams, not conventional electromagnetics, with its closed circuit, zero sum, dipole consuming circuit designs requiring constant re-establishment of the dipole and associated potential as opposed to an open circuit that creates the dipole / potential and then draws its energy in flows from the underpinning aether level(s) in nature’s fractal structuring of “normal” matter , the (aether) “current” flows Tesla talked about, without destroying the dipole/potential difference.

According to him there are two manifest attributes of the ether. Energy under the aspect of dialectric/potential/voltage/generative/centripetal, and energy under the aspect of magnetic/dissipation/amperage/radiation/centrifugal.
The ether in itself at a state of rest manifests neither attribute but exists as pure potential undisturbed by any torsion, and hence undetectable by any instrumentation. The potential that we can know about is the ether under torsion - perturbation of its rest state.
From an atomist’s point of view all energy is bound to particles and so the idea of potential energy is a puzzling thing. The atomistic thinks the energy is a property of the particle rather than the system or field. So all the while it’s in motion they have something to measure but when it reaches a state of maximum potential everything turns to woo.
From an ether physics point of view the energy is in the field not the particle. The particle is just a modality of the field. So take a pendulum as an analogue. All the while the pendulum is moving we have something measurable. We can measure in terms of time or space or both. While it is moving the pendulum also has mass. But when the energy in the system reaches its maximum potential energy we have a torsion of the ether, at this point there is no motion and so no temporal or spatial dimension. It is outside of Cartesian space, or rather, Cartesian space has disappeared/convergerged into the point of pure potential. And also when it is at this point of maximum potential energy the pendulum looses all mass - like when you are on a fairground ride and your stomach ends up in your mouth. As the pendulum oscillates back into a kinetic sate then all the familiar phenomena of physics return/re-manifest and space,time,mass, and all things measurable come back into existence for the observer.
So we have a kind of oscillation between space/counterspace, kinetic/potential, magnetic/dialectric and the pendulum is the manifestation of a disturbance of the ultimate energy field beyond both of these attributes.
Tesla was far more interested in the potential where it was not in motion or dissipated as magnetic energy/amps. Potential is convergent and exists in counterspace/non-Cartesian realm.
Thought about in this way the innies and outies are governed by the two aspects of dialectric and magnetic. The oscillation away from potential, and back toward it. Like the pendulum, only taking time,space,mass and everything measurable along with it. The potential state being maximum energy field in torsion, the movement away maximum to peak magnetism/matter manifestation at the midpoint before returning back to a field state at the other end of the cycle.
Does this make sense? Or am I getting it all wrong?
Hi Martin, to me this makes very much sense - and, yes, Tesla was concerned very much with tension/voltage/potential/ dipoles and using it in open systems to stream aether without destroying the dipole / potential - the slope, as it were, down the which aether could stream (as a crude analogy). In fact, reading his presentations he repeatedly talks about the aether, with aether particles being responsible for creating and imparting behaviours to much larger particles like electrons. In my mind I see this interaction very much like that so graphically illustrated by David LaPoint and his Primer Field model as explained in the following videos:

Yawning could be a good physical indicator of when you start becoming close to someone. Contagious yawning is more likely to happen if you are close to someone (for example girlfriend, close friend or dog) or share similar genetics.
Also, the more empathic you are, the more contagious yawns will be to you.
