I really am impressed and glad for this fitting happy sequence of events that led to you finally being able to meet with Dr. Matsumoto. He looks frail but happy, a man that knows he is leaving a legacy.
It is not just that his work was astonishing, it was his novel and, in many cases, unique approaches to the experiments, monitoring and analysis and quest for simplicity that sets him apart.
Also, he is one of the few researchers that modified their thinking as new data revealed deeper insight and was not afraid to change his view and be public about that.
Evidently 'The Force' is with you, congratulations to everybody involved. So beautiful and touching that you were able to meet Mr Matsumoto and present him with the posters. Dr Matsumoto's life's work is vindicated, he can rest now in the knowledge that his pioneering investigations will continue for the benefit of mankind.
Bob-sama and Sho-sama - brilliant outcome after a mountain of hard work. A truly historic meeting with Dr.Matsumoto-sama and his family - not forgetting Kim’s support in all this, of course. I must admit to being in awe of the situation. As to the multiple “coincidences” that led to all this, more like dedication, hard work, an open and enquiring mind, an inclusive approach, a belief in “something better”, … and great skill. To see the expression on his face that day, is indescribable. There is nothing quite like meeting a kindred soul in person and seeing the delight shine through the difficulty.
Congratulations on such a significant scientific and historical meeting/data retrieval operation. It shows us all about the global continuity and long-scale record of successful cold fusion/LENR experiments. Great that you could give Matsumoto the thumb drive of all his work.

He could not quite believe we had captured the videos he had given us and that it was all on one thumb-drive (along with a clean pdf of his book).
You will especially like something I will share shortly - it was unexpected, but speaks to his ability to think differently to solving this puzzle.
