The pictures of craters in steel plates you showed at the beginning of the video reminded me of pictures of craters on steel plates that I took when I researched electrolysis half a year ago. I think it's interesting.

First I tried tap water with a field strength of approx. 2V DC per mm

After 30 min it became very cloudy and sediment formed after power off. There were surprisingly lots of sediment.

Dry sediment

Next I used NaOH in the water and changed the plates

And collected the gas in a test tube

Most craters measure about 100 um in diameter.

Thankyou for sharing.

Of course, Matsumoto was doing electrolysis, and, as you will see, he even caught the Ball Lightning formed in his electrolysis on Video.

The localisation of charge separation and self-organisation, especially on the surface inhomogeneities detailed by G. Mesyats in mid 1990s (which lead to ECTONS which are EVOs which are Micro Ball Lightning), will produce similar effects.

As I state in the ULTR testing this year, the ultrasound on Al leads to proton and atomic hydrogen production exactly where it would have the most impact in the Yin-Yang toroidal vortex pairs I caught on camera.

Aluminium Oxide is hydrophilic and so water is attracted to it, this will lead to charge separation regardless of electrolysis.

I just remembered why I did the experiment. I wanted to try making water gas so I collected the gas in test tubes and wanted to see if it exploded or imploded. It was not possible to determine with certainty

Could plasmoids be released at the moment of conception of life? See linked video:
