Really cool! He (Max) has one paper in his Researchgate page where he used heating oil in a cavitation system and observed unexplained synthesis of nitrogen within the heating oil. I have been actively gathering literature about cavitation induced transmutations for the past 4 years and this is in my data base. I hope to be able to join this zoom meeting!!!

Hi Curbina, I had a lot of pleasant surprises in his testimony, this was one of them and it was great that post my own thoughts he share two other previously not disclosed observations

1. That a non-magnetic enclosure did not work

2. That non-magnetic PVC piping became magnetic after cavitation (this is something that one might like to replication)

Thanks for the video on the strange radiation shield. Has it been verified to work? Also curious, don't those 2 materials, a cellophane and aluminium have the ability to make a capacitor, and don't our future devices need capacitors, so maybe our containment can be double duty as capacitor. Next question, can we make diodes, and harvest electron build-up from the containment shield into wire, instead of into the earth?

Has it been verified to work?

In short no

- Shoulders established that EVOs do not like to travel across impedance changes, they would rather travel though air, stay in metals or burrow through ceramics. In the case of ceramics, they could glide along a cut grove. In metals they are attracted.

- Matsumoto found that they could come out of a cell and pass through several emulsions and then get trapped between two emulsions bouncing up and down between them

- Shishkin also stated off the record that thin layers was the way to go.

In the shield I have

air/cellophane/air/aluminium/ x n then air/ 1" polystyrene (which is air filled cells) / air then aluminium/air/cellophane/ x n

The reason I will attach a negative potential to the layers of Al foil is because of this observation by Klimov et. al.

Although grounding may be as useful (which I may do for safety) as I believe Papp did to stabilise his engines. NOTE: I believe that EVOs (micro ball lightning) will do what ball lightning/lightning likes to do, that is find earthed metals.

Ultimately a good cavitation or exploding foil or high dI/dT detector source of SR with detectors could verify this approach by having the shield in the way of the detectors.

I believe that having a reliable proven shield is critical to adoption of this technology especially for those in vehicles, ships and space ships, where the reactor cannot be placed underground or at a safe operating distance.
