Hey Bob, Sorry I have been a bit behind on your videos as of late. Just curious as I never heard back, did you get my emails to your gmail regarding Copper phthalocyanine (blue paint) as a possible alternative for Ag SrAlsO4 that might be a lot cheaper (sometimes I get the feeling google is just deleting my emails). I think the recent videos coming out of a certain tropical island are probably enough to warrant someone testing it. That detector you mention would be useful for such a test... phthalocyanine appears to have fluorescent properties and Cu is conductive, so I think theres a good chance it would work...

It may be that all these things would work, however, I think we know what definitely works and that is the Ag activated ZnS as used by Tesla.

We are working on generation of matter streams so that different phosphors can be "screened" for activity.

In my experience these things like to glob onto any charge source. So even a charged piece of velvet may prove to be an effective screen.

This study abstract states:

"Methods: Cancers involving the oral cavity and oropharynx; the nose, nasal cavity, nasopharynx, and middle ear; larynx; and thyroid were identified using the New York State Cancer Registry (NYSCR). Age-adjusted incidence and rates per 100,000 residents from 1987 to 2015 were analyzed using joinpoint regression. Trends in incidence using annual percent changes are presented. Results: The overall rate of HNC increased slightly by 0.7% (p < 0.001) from 1987 to 2003 in NYS. From 2003 to 2008, the rate increased by 5.73% (p < 0.001), and from 2008 to 2015, the rate increased by 1.68% (p < 0.001)."

Of course, the increases are huge and time correlated, but they are proximal time-wise to the event, however, the divisor is the population of New York, 8.023 million in 2003, however, the figures may be grossly underestimating the before-after situation in first responders.

Last week I began work on a detector sensitive enough to pick up electron mobility in narrow band gap semiconductors like GaAs. I see it as a cheap way to detect a change in the scalar potential mean sq radius, - ie measuring the band gap change. Measuring the resistivity of conductors is too insensitive, voltage across capacitors is too sensitive to temperature. What I landed on is a reverse-Hall sensor, just like it sounds a sensor element within a known applied magnetic field.

Btw, a Scalar Potential (SP) msr form factor comes out orthognally to the direction of lorentz transformation of a quadrupole moment. What that means is, a very high electromagnetic sheer moment, moving quickly can cause a change in the SP msr. I think earthquakes, tall steel buildings collapsing, steel cannon balls impacting Al at M14.0, Hutchison samples, GEET, windhexe all may be exposed to non-stationary, high sheer moments associated with them. Just my 2 c.

Will keep you updated on if there's a decent signal out of this detector or not.

Hi John,

Of course, building dust, especially these ones built in the 70s will have all kinds of toxins. Moreover, I am from a long line of blacksmiths, we even had two family heirloom anvils which I used when I grew up. Metal was twisted like noodles, which I have seen on other demolition sites, what I have not seen on other demolition sites is RSJs thinned to paper thickness and even with holes. I have also not seen extremely high levels of sulphur in steel as observed inside the WTC7 steel with a drop in oxygen content, however, ball lightning fuses two oxygens to sulphur.

The toxicity of the detritus was not my point, my point was the specific, pervasive electrical failure / 'metallic' smell as continually and consistently described by Lionel - I have given two examples above across nearly 4 years.

"Is it normal to smell static electricity?

For example, when you take off a shirt or jumper and sometimes get a large static discharge - it has that kind of burnt metallic smell. Actually, what you're most likely smelling with static electricity is ozone."

https://www.skyatnightmagazine.com/space-science/what-space-smells-like-by-tim-peake

And as Shishkin has identified - all of the phenomena that drive over-unity are likely to be miss-understood "Charge Clusters" - which in common parlance is "Static Electricity"

"Energy clusters are quasi-stable formations. They are constantly present around us, but fundamental science, as a rule, does not notice these formations. ECs have many names: Tesla called them “radiant energy”, Wilhelm Reich called them “orgone energy”, G.A. Mesyats called them “ectons”, Ken Shoulders called them “charge clusters”, Yu.N. Bazhutov - "Erzions", I.M. Shakhporonov - "Kozyrev-Dirac monopoles", L.I. Urutskoev - "Lochak monopoles", in everyday life this phenomenon is called "static electricity"."

Whilst human brains are now proven (as of June 2023 - though not with the realisation of the investigators) to produce toroidal moments, they are extremely diffuse and tuned.

The global consciousness project that detected changes in atomic clocks (beta-decay isotope driven devices) assumed that it was conscious focus on the even that changed the decay rates. But we know from Zhou's work in combination with Parkhomov's, that it is in fact a disturbance in the flux of cosmic relic neutrinos that changes atomic clock time.

https://youtu.be/E3kMpKpIsgI

a massive adjustment in the focus of the cosmic flux, such as in 3-body alignments as determined by Zhou, explain this observation repeatedly and require no speculation on the part of diffuse conscious influence.

More likely is the apparent - even from photographs, toroidal moments generated in the event, that diverted the cosmic flux, that varied the atomic clocks count rate.

I have examined with a microscope beams from the WTC, familiar scallop patterns and spheres in rings, these are not caused by fatigue, bad welding, kerosene/office fires or even explosives. Also, they found crenelated Iron-rich microspheres in WTC dust particles which are not the same as solid melt spheres you get from thermite reactions.

There is no RF signature from Anapoles / EVOs - only when they blow up. No HAM radio would pick up anything other than momentary cracks and pops in line of site for the time when clusters blew up. This is stated in Ken Shoulders' 1987 book in his conclusion and it is the basis for Hal Puthoff's 1993 awarded and patented communications technology. Only vector and scalar potentials propagate. Tom Bearden was on the right track.

You need a detector based on the Josephson Junction as detailed in Puthoff patent.

The section of the Second Narrows Bridge that collapsed on June 17, 1958 was the fifth anchor span, which was part of the cantilever arch that supported the centre span of the bridge. According to

https://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/second-narrows-bridge-collapse

the weight of the collapsed section was about 6,000 tons, or 5,443,108 kilograms. This was a massive amount of steel that fell 30 metres into Burrard Inlet, crushing and drowning many workers who were on or under the bridge. The collapse was one of the worst industrial disasters in Canadian history, and it was caused by a miscalculation by the bridge engineers.

The 450,000 tons per building is not just the Steel, it is the total weight of the structure, including concrete, Al, glass, copper etc.

When meteorites enter the atmosphere, they create the same extreme turbulence and when they explode in air-burst phenomena, they are doing the same kind of process as George Mesyats "ECTONS" where coulombic explosions lead to coherence and the formation of essentially EVOs.

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1GGsfRFalpGD46JDhnDjGqqeT9F4ZNDJu/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=106554933783163691005&rtpof=true&sd=true

David Yurth references George Mesyats in his paper of HDCCs / EVO remediation of radionuclides

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lGj9KBUFWyF8rwmIUWw0cdoC2aRSSap6/view?usp=drive_link

Indeed micro-meteorites (likely from air-bursts) can be very similar to that formed by ball lightning or in Ultrasound coherent matter phenomena in the lab. In Norway, there is a guy that goes round gutters and drains and with a loth of effort, he can occasionally find some that are similar - extremely small mass in total.

I have gone to extreme lengths to find a natural source for these things - since we know in our experiment dusty plasma, VEGA controlled plasma and Ultrasound in water with Al can produce them.

I have included images of micro-meteorites found in Australia and Japan in previous presentations - exactly because they have the same form. Here, publicly, I show the one recovered from a natural Ball Lightning impact in Norway in 2002 and a '2.7 billion year old' one from ancient limestone in Australia.

https://youtu.be/AZ9RJr_s31w?si=CpwdVZ-C4qt0Bg_b&t=566

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3586547/Space-dust-oddity-Oldest-meteorites-reveal-Earth-s-atmosphere-surprisingly-rich-oxygen-2-7-billion-years-ago.html

Except, I am unconvinced of the age of the Australian sample or its claim to represent ancient high levels of Oxygen, because the process produces Fe and O.

It is simply inconceivable that an aluminium clad building would accumulate 10,000s tons of these rare structures.

Regarding the process, it creates Anapole like structures. The description of an anapole is exactly the same as Ken Shoulders conclusion of what an EVO is, in his 1987 book "EV - A Tale of discovery".

https://youtu.be/AZ9RJr_s31w?si=1hFr7ke88Rq743JE&t=1773

They are omnipresent and in metals to a degree ordinarily, metals can additionally be charged with technologically produced ones, but not really necessary as there will be some in them ordinarily.

As Ken states in the quote I have given from his book, you cannot interact with these structures with Electro Magnetic waves directly - and you cannot observe their effects this way. You must, as Tom Bearden states, interact with them using scalar waves. Specifically, you need to used targeted resonant vector and scalar potentials to initiate their manipulation - when this is being applied, and Bearden says you do it by interference of scalar interferometers, you can target interference zones.

The driving force can be incredibly weak, as it is a resonant phenomena, when it is applied, at the interference nodes, the conditions are met to charge the anapoles, which self-feed via their toroidal moment.

Detection of the driving force is impossible by any ordinary electromagnetic based equipment. You need devices based on the Josephson junction that can see the vector and scalar potential. I talk about this in my ICCF-25 presentation.

Magnetometers at great distance would be affected by the large toroidal moment generated due to its interference of the cosmic flux of relic neutrinos. This would also result in levitation and material disintegration effects. This is also true for nuclear and H-Bomb mushroom clouds and, to a lesser extent and more localised, intense weather events such as tornadoes.
