I hope I can get the details for these experiments as they looks really simple and there are many other images that show important behaviours clearly that have been observed by many authors since - such as hollow balls by Klimov in his swirl plasma experiments and by Godin in their Vachaev replications. It also shows Carbon tubes production that I observed in Parkhomov 225 day reactor and that I believe may also have been produced in LION. In both cases, this supports my hypothesis that these are structures which have a thin active coherent codensed matter structure with a substructure based on all the allotropes of carbon.
Even more interesting to me is the ejections of Carbon films from itonic clusters - the form of which looks like eruptions from Indium exposed to Ohmasa Gas, images for which I shared at my ICCF-22 poster session.
