Webinar No. 15 of the winter - spring 2022 session of the Klimov-Zatelepin seminar was held on May 25, 2022 (Wednesday) between 16:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

V.G. Shironosov, Research Center “IKAR”, 426068, Izhevsk, st. Architect P.P. Bersh, 29. ikar@udm.ru

A study of the properties of non-equilibrium aqueous solutions was carried out using the following methods : ORP , pH-metry ; NPP ; Doppler ultrasound ; Gamma cameras ; Optical, microwave spectroscopy and MRI ; IMV ( Magnetic Susceptibility Meter ), to explain a number of phenomena observed in non-equilibrium media during electrolysis (transformation of chemical elements and “Strange Radiation” ; changes in optical and microwave spectra; changes in ORP at a constant pH ; changes in magnetic susceptibility) [ 1-2 ]. Such aqueous solutions, as a rule, are in a nonequilibrium thermodynamic state with three-dimensional dissipative structures [ 3 ] based on SI ( C pin I isomers [ 4 ] ). 1 L.I.

I made it through about 1 hour, with auto-translate to English, which, if you have ever tried that, is quite entertaining.

Any guidance for what times the EVO detection are discussed?

Because of my kind of obsession with transmutation in liquid solutions, more than a year ago I found a short paper from Shigalov and attempted to translate it for sharing, I did a good job at it AFAI can tell, but what puzzled me more was his claim of being able to see the “micro ball lightning” generates within the liquid during electrolysis with ultrasound imaging using the Doppler mode. You can clearly see some globular stuff moving around.
