Absolutely, what they are doing here is just a fraction away from recording what Urutskoev did with exploding Ti foils. When I get the High Speed Camera, we have a high dI/dT cap set (with spark gap, so hopefully avoid the blowing of the caps) and also an old mercury switch all at Alan Goldwater's so when there, we should be able to record something like this and other things, like straight sparks, with high time resolution.

I have been reading the Mexican research (still no word from them, I hope they get back to me at some point), and I am a bit puzzled because they only saw the disappeared material effect, with the lead foil and not in the copper foil. Perhaps copper was transmuted and as they did not look, they did not notice. As lead has “nowhere to go” in terms of stability, I speculate this is what causes the disappearance. Was it simply transformed into energy? teletransported? Sent to another paralell universe? This result is really fascinating.

The water arc explosions were replicated and thoroughly openly documented and published in a blog by Tucker Leavitt, when he was a Stanford undergraduate (today informatics engineer), and with the help of a grant he got of USD 5000 for undergrad science projects. Yes, I was aware of this work, it is again approaching it from the wrong way round. It is not surprising there is S - Lead (which is a very common LENR product) is often found as sulphides in the crust and LENR (I prefer Coherent Nuclear Transmutation) likes to make O and S and S is 2xO (as shown in Ohmasa Gas on 10-Yen Coin). There are fission as well as step wise proton additions. But it could well be as Matsumoto, Shoulders, Adamenko say (in their own ways) when the clusters self-collapse the material is de-natured, what you get out maybe whatever this denatured material is influenced by... An AC current in a wire, or better an RF standing wave in an antenna or transmission line, at a first look should also produce such a bunching and also some degree of coherence. But apparently AC or RF currents alone are not known to produce EVOs or SR (unless the voltage is so high that some kind of "stress" phenomena occur). What is the difference between an AC or RF current and a standing compression wave in a conductor? In AC or RF currents, electrons are not actually "compressed" together, they are just "grouped" and move together. Also, the speed of electrons inside the material is usually very low (electron mobility in metals lower than 50 cm-2/Vs). Instead, in case of pressure waves (but also when voltage breakdowns occur) there is an actual compression of electrons and their speed can be much greater that the usual drift velocity. This may explain why some very common high voltage components (think about energy transmission cables, working continously at 400kV AC or DC) do not generate or experience noticeable anomalous phenomena.

Yes, aerial power lines and atmospherical phenomena can easily trigger disharges and then EVOs. In these cases you may get a wide spectrum of anomalous phenomena (from ball lightings to transmutations). Instead, when high voltage and currents are more tightly controller, apparently you don't have these phenomena. I was referring to high voltage cables (not aerial lines) as an exampl. These are kind of big coaxial cables, that carry voltages as high as 400 kV (AC or DC) between the central core and the outer sheath, and currents in the order of 3000 A. In this case the electric field is extremely strong, but very uniform by design: it is beutifully confined in a couple of centimeter of the insulation layer (usually rubber/plastic). Neverthless, these cables are extremely reliable: their useful life can exceed 40 years! Clearly they do not generate EVOs, otherwise the insulation layer would be damaged and this would bring to fast catastophic failures. So, my reasoning was that high voltages and high currents alone, are not sufficient to generate EVOs. Some additional condition is needed (such as non-equilibrium, fast transient, pressure waves, etc).

1- I would think a cyclone treatment vessel. Input on the side, you have your choice of acoustic and spark treatments, you could add more air with a pump let the heavy stuff fall out the bottom, and push your treated and gasses out of the top. You could even add an impeller to increase cavitation or keep the pollutants swirling in the treatment area until heavy enough to fall out.

Not just easy to focus - but harder to sync and control.
The piezo was likely to get around the failure of the spark gap over time - however, no where near as simple.

In AC or RF currents, electrons are not actually "compressed" together, they are just "grouped" and move together. Also, the speed of electrons inside the material is usually very low (electron mobility in metals lower than 50 cm-2/Vs). Instead, in case of pressure waves (but also when voltage breakdowns occur) there is an actual compression of electrons and their speed can be much greater that the usual drift velocity. This may explain why some very common high voltage components (think about energy transmission cables, working continously at 400kV AC or DC) do not generate or experience noticeable anomalous phenomena.
Ball lightning can form near power lines, but it is more likely to be induced standing waves in nearby non-grounded metals (as per Hutchison effect) combined with the stressed, non-linear vacuum due to the electrostatic potential of a storm system (as I mentioned with reference to Tom Bearden)
Yes, aerial power lines and atmospherical phenomena can easily trigger disharges and then EVOs. In these cases you may get a wide spectrum of anomalous phenomena (from ball lightings to transmutations). Instead, when high voltage and currents are more tightly controller, apparently you don't have these phenomena. I was referring to high voltage cables (not aerial lines) as an exampl. These are kind of big coaxial cables, that carry voltages as high as 400 kV (AC or DC) between the central core and the outer sheath, and currents in the order of 3000 A. In this case the electric field is extremely strong, but very uniform by design: it is beutifully confined in a couple of centimeter of the insulation layer (usually rubber/plastic). Neverthless, these cables are extremely reliable: their useful life can exceed 40 years! Clearly they do not generate EVOs, otherwise the insulation layer would be damaged and this would bring to fast catastophic failures. So, my reasoning was that high voltages and high currents alone, are not sufficient to generate EVOs. Some additional condition is needed (such as non-equilibrium, fast transient, pressure waves, etc).
Coherence in electrons is same temp, same phase.

Examples:
Fast transients - leading to pinch or toroidal pinch forcing both condensation and coherence
Resonant build up in confined zone
Electron bunching, particularly of monochromatic electrons
Resonant vibration nodes in highly thermally conductive metal (Ag, Cu, Al, W) would be one place that EVOs could form internally.

1- I would think a cyclone treatment vessel. Input on the side, you have your choice of acoustic and spark treatments, you could add more air with a pump let the heavy stuff fall out the bottom, and push your treated and gasses out of the top. You could even add an impeller to increase cavitation or keep the pollutants swirling in the treatment area until heavy enough to fall out.
2 - Can we validate this in the jewelry cleaner ( I have one on order). You already have EVOs, and aluminum. So, is iron and a spark viable? I have a BBQ lighter if we are worried about the power?
3 - Monty Python solution is to drive around the bay when they dump it with a spark plug disconnected and being towed behind the boat. The propeller cavitating away and sparking away.
3a - Sorry but engineers work hard to prevent cavitation and erosion. I’v learned the most about plasma when people are trying to prevent something from happening.

Hydrogen peroxide is a way to add oxygen. It’s stable until shaken or exposed to light. If you don’t want to use air pumps, or shake a mixture. I used it in fermentation, no more than 4 tsp/per gallon. I could find the math and source if needed.

Went digging thru maser, laser, microwave cavities, klystrons, and traveling wave tubes. It seems to me that they share the characteristic of being shaped like the wave they are trying to create. Been watching your old videos and doing minimal research to keep my head from exploding and I have these questions, Are magnets chemically structured monopoles in a solid state of matter? Are plasmoids, monopoles in a plasma state? Is the Sun a large plasmoid or giant E.V.O? If so wouldn't the Sun create fermonic nuclei emission/proton decay the same way LENR experiments release strange radiation?
