Yes, but it does not work if I understand the Russians correctly. There is an effect it seems, but not for selling it to regular people that just wants a clean simple practical energy source. I do not know why Rossi would be this stupid to go along selling this product to people that cannot use it for their needs in the first place or am I missing something here 🤷♂️
Also the Russians may explain it more clearer for people that are not in their LENR world. The short ones let us see that it is more a scam and it does not work like Rossi tells us, but the +1hour one explains that there is some effect taking place, but not for using it for energy needs in regular homes.

They see but they still don’t understand - and still cling to the Big Bang hypothesis like it’s proven fact, when all the while observations keep coming in that totally refute that hypothesis - and that what they are really seeing is the fingerprint of fractal toroids and indeed, instead of a”Big Bang” maybe the universe as we see it is simply the outflow from a gigantic “white hole” that is part of an even larger and higher fractal level than the one we are used to, and that the universe is indeed eternal, even if this concept is challenging to the human psyche.
