A discussion on what appears to happen when an EVO dies with examples including comparison with tracks shared by Dr. Takkaki Matsumoto in September 1991. Then there is a live investigation of a proposed simulation of how these tracks, caught on witness materials by many researchers and in VEGA videos by MFMP collaborators, might be formed.

Bob, that visualization of EVO motion is tremendous. Reminded me of Chi Gung spiralling motions that you do with your arms to generate chi. Coincidence? I think not. So how exactly did Matsumoto figure this all out in 1989? Did ETs visit his lab? It's all so precise. Cheers.
If you look at any bunched electron discharge from a surface protrusion you almost instantly create an electron toroid. See Electron Spiral Toroid Spheromaks (ESTS) and electron power systems patent. What’s more interesting though is how a coherent toroid behaves.
