Just a reminder: Stan Meyer had a water-powered car built in his garage in the 1990s, powered by an EVO-based reactor called the EPG or electric particle generator. It's the same old story most of the crowd here already knows: a high-capacitive quenched discharge causing electron bunching and the subsequent downfall of electron shells to the nucleus of the compressed quasiatom resulting in the formation of an exotic vacuum object, those macro-quantum-coherent electron condensates which are effectively artificial ball lightning.

He then pumped the EVOs through a pick-up tube not unlike the designs of K.R. Shoulders as discussed in his book, 'EVs A Tale of Discovery'. Meyer built it in his garage in the '90s. What's your excuse?

Your presentation was excellent, Bob. "Windmills Of Your Mind" was music to my ears.

A simple commoner like me could briefly understand how the extraction of energy and levitation can happen at an electron level.

I hope to chat with you in person soon here. Or remote view if we must. 😀
