Patricia 2001 - Tablet version - UPDATE #1: Huge improvement to Cylinder tool and more
For easy touch and pen workflow
This week I have made a tablet, touch and pen optimised version of the viewer/collaborative tool for SEM data analysis sharing. If you go to the normal address, it should auto select the tablet version if on tablet, but I have made it possible to switch back and forth between versions.
I would really appreciate it if people could do a little bug testing and get back to me with their findings and suggestions ASAP.
Android
If you want to see this nearly full screen on an Android tablet, download Opera browser and run it through there using the following link https://starfire.tech/Patricia-2001/tablet/ (switch on full screen mode).
iOS
To make this look like an app using safari on iOS tablet, do the following.
Open Safari on the iPad and go to your server’s viewer URL (e.g. https://starfire.tech/Patricia-2001/tablet/)
Tap the Share button (square with the up-arrow).
Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
If you launch it from the new home-screen icon - it will open truly full screen: no address bar, no tabs, its own entry in the app switcher. (It must be Safari; other iOS browsers can’t do this.)
One caveat worth remembering: the home-screen app has its own storage, separate from Safari’s - so if you’ve been working in the Safari tab, export via CSV Out there and CSV In inside the installed app; autosaves don’t carry across.

The cylinder tool spline now has adjustable curve controls and more logical width setting. Furthermore, the tablet version has significantly better layout.
