In my opinion, transmutation does not produce energy. It doesn't matter what elements the reaction destroys, affects, or produces, because the energy output comes from the vacuum. The vacuum reaction (aka LENR) is not a nuclear energy based reaction.

Chemistry does not produce EVOs with the exception of Holmlid's and LION's methods.

The solution to vacuum reaction reactor design is producing EVOs using as small a electrical input as possible and cycling the life cycle of the EVO as fast as possible.

From the Sean Hartnoll videos on superconductivity shown above, quantum liquid based coherent matter does not support internal magnetism or charge accumulation. This lack of charge allows for resistance less current flow.

In a pInterest board that is my dumping/collecting place for images that seem related to EVOs and bagel wiring, I recently added some stone cauldrons that seem to have 2 and 3-tor diagrams. Most have partially overlapping vortices. If these do refer to wiring as literal, not just symbolic-for-vortices, then I'm noticing they all have 2,3 or even 4 wires at each circular structure, which I mention in case it helps generate wiring ideas. Many also have evo-like zero-point rings at the center/waist, separating the inflow upper cup symbol from the outflow lower base/cone symbols. The collection also has a few ring galaxy pictures, which for me is a nice evidence that this energy ring is one of the fundamental things in nature. I'm wondering Bob, why SEM shows solidified EVOs that lack the spiralling 'rodin coil' appearance, and I wonder if it loses its spiral and re-organizes as it solidifies. https://www.pinterest.ca/stevenbhalls/evo/

Great to converse with you earlier on this work The updates and positive energy is really inspiring, Bob. Peace cheers onward. PS I meant to mention I forced both the Schiller Institute and Randall Carlson to address "cold fusion." They are open minded, but slow for some reason....

Hi Bob, so right after your presentation I went over to a local coffee shop to work. I sat next a nuclear remediation grad student who had worked at one of the national labs. He confirmed that nuclear cleanup efforts are a mess because the companies doing this make more money by using the worst solution available as it takes more time and is less effective. Disaster capitalism in action, he agreed. He didn't know much about cold fusion/LENR so I showed him your translation of Matsumoto and mentioned Ken Shoulders and Bockris too. His speciality was Iodide Mordants, to turn sludges into solids using structured zeolites, but he said anything would be better than what's being done now, which is basically nothing. Projects that fail are more profitable than those that would fix the problem.

"Is it possible to leverage the power of EVOs to take excess heat from under 2x to 10x?"

Isn't this the tetrahedral symmetric condensate theory thing being used by the TECHNOVA team in Japan? I am quite impressed by their progress in the development of those "quantom boilers", which incidentally produce excess heat for 2 days (phantom) after being switched off, as I understand it.

....Please tell me I beat you to the punchline. This would amuse me.
