Dave Boutilier should try a heavy iron ring interior to the coil in order to convert the Bagel coil field into a spin field. Iron is always used to amplify and transfer coil fields in such devices a transformers.

Thought I would give an update, I started the 5-Tor, but realized, even with the 4-Tor, I followed no ratio, and thinking about it, I'm not sure I would expect one to work without the d:4d, or some fractal ratio like the golden mean. I am guessing it would have more to do with that than running the coil at resonance, since it is a poynting effect, so I am already planning another one that will follow the d:4d scheme.
I am also building an argon chamber that will fit the 4-Tor and future ones that size, so I can see the UV plasma dynamics around the whole thing, and have ordered the parts for the 10Mhz plasma toroid oscillator. Maybe a month before it is all together.
Question: if it is your belief (as stated in the video) that Wilhelm Reich's orgone is relic neutrino flux, then how do you differentiate between deadly & beneficial orgone as defined by Reich?

Upon reviewing my notes, I've drawn some conclusions about Stan's process for the electronuclear product:
i suspect the keys to Stan's magnetic gas are the laser-pumped resonant cavity to pretreat the water: ionization & polarization, and then electrolysis at ~15 atmospheres, or so. I am fairly certain this was how Stan produced the magnetic gas.
1. Laser for coherence
2. Resonant cavity for energy pumping (ionization)
3. High pressure electrolysis
I did some digging in OLD writings on this subject and found something interesting, that pressure directly effects ionization voltage, and that at 15bars it becomes possible to strip all the electrons off gases at much lower temperatures & powers, and this is known is plasmoid physics as a causal or supportive mechanism of plasmoid formation. Can you confirm?
This hints to the condensation process in the yull brown setup, as the hydrogen must be entirely stripped to cluster, is that right?

While most of the polarized water was to be injected directly into the engine's cylinders, a small amount was diverted & redirected to a resonant electrolysis cell, to manufacture HHO gas (hydrogen & oxygen) for on-demand admixture with the fuel

An exhaust siphon channels exhaust-gases to a computer-controlled valve to be mixed in ratios determined on-demand by the computer. The purpose of the exhaust-gases is to dampen the explosivity of the raw hydrogen produced in the system, to be equal to that of gasoline, or any other desired fuel.
6. **Repolarization during Injection**
Just before the fuels-admixture is injected into the engine, it is again polarized & ionized together. The fuels-admixture consists of:

Are you sure the last level is R? since it's just completing a circle and it's not going over/under to make a spiral, it doesn't seem to have chirality, i'd say it's neither R nor L, just O. If you push current through the RRRO coil, it'll make a topological monopole of electric character, let's say it's a big plus and a small minus. If you flip the current direction in that RRRO coil, it'll still produce a big plus and a small minus, just at the opposite sides. It stays the same type of monopole regardless of what direction the current is running in right? It's this idea that also made me understand how the oscillations could be present, i was worried it was flipping from N to S, N to S all the time. It just stays big N or big S, it's just that the location of the small s and small n flips. I wish i could use my hands in this explanation. Anyways what about the naming convention of, when ending in a loop without chirality/helicity, naming that loop O, so that'd make this one RRRO.
Hello Bob and all. Further to the paper I referenced in my above comment (Pakhomov is mentioned), I am exploring biochemical/health effects of locally applied fields. To this end I have devised enclosed patches and enclosed discs containing certain elements, mixtures of certain elements and mixtures of certain elements and certain compounds that when applied topically have direct effect on physiological processes/wellbeing and in alignment with postulations by the authors of the above commented paper by Meijer and associated papers by the same author (& co authors) and papers of Irena Cosic . I draw your attention to these papers to give you heads up on research indicating that biochemical effects of fields are octave frequency (Pulse Repetition Rate) sensitive and also that complex spectrums are important part of the equation as you have commented, some materials 'play nice' and some don't, some combinations are beneficial and some are toxic ime !. The patches/discs I mention incorporating carefully selected ingredients exhibit very useful properties and trials are showing essentially immediate elimination of headaches and typical inflammatory pain conditions. Longer term contact with the fields of the patches/discs produces accelerated healing of wounds and lasting healing of chronic conditions. This I attribute to 'coherence/denoising' of bodily biochemical/neural systems. I am also suggesting that the harmful effects of radiations produced in VEGA experiments may be due at least in part to the elemental origins of the excitation spectrums, with intelligent modification perhaps VEGA and associated experiments can yield strongly beneficial radiations such that as I am observing.
