If Teleportation Happened, By What Physics?

A former founding director of the MFMP, Mathieu Valat, sent me two videos back in the latter months of 2023 saying (I paraphrase) “I think you might know what this is”.

I responded with this video on 5th Nov 2023. The reason I felt compelled to do that is because I recognised what I saw and only needed a few slides from my prior ICCF-25 presentation in Poland, 31 August 2023, to explain it [long-form here]. It was immaterial to me the provenance of what was shown, as we had seen and recorded on video, similar behaviour in the lab, in a process I understood to be scale invariant.

Two weeks later, on 19 November 2023, I had a discussion with Ashton Forbes about my thoughts. During Cosmic Summit 2024, where I was reaching out to a new group of potentially interested people for the first time with the presentation “The Fractal Toroidal Moment - Propulsion to the Cosmic Summit” (JUL 22, 2024) I met Ashton in person for the first time. I implored him to focus on educating the public on the technology behind the phenomena in the public interest to bring about the potential net benefits for humanity and the biosphere.

He has done an exemplary job and showed what one person can do if determined to understand a subject. He has an engaging style which has brought many people to the subject matter and his recording with Anastasia & Michael Shilo on their “DemystifySci Podcast” below, is compelling viewing and a credit to all involved.

Received March 19, 1991, ANS journal "FUSION TECHNOLOGY"

Following on from his "Received September 21, 1990" paper, he observed Silicon, Calcium and Iron amongst other elements produced from electrolysis of palladium metal loaded with deuterium via heavy water (mixed with 3% NaCl).

He later confirmed that these were due to the process of micro-ball lightning.

I found that micro-ball lightning principally produces Iron Oxide, Silicon Oxide and Calcium Oxide from pretty much what ever you give it (light or heavy nuclei) and realised that they are the non-air spectral lines found in the only spectrum of ball lightning.

Micro-Ball Lightning is bounded by the spherical non-radiating boundary caused by the fractal toroidal moment emergent from fractal clusters of bound Field Reverse Configured PLASMa torOIDS (PLASMOIDS) - not sure how much more succinctly that can be put.

Regarding ‘time dilation observed with Atomic Clocks’

Atomic Clocks are (often 137Cs or 87Rb) beta isotope driven, if you move them faster through the Relic Neutrino-verse (term noted by former Lockheed Martin engineer Boyd Bushmann) faster, without shielding the nuclei, or you have them in a different flux (say in a different density neutrinosphere say near the sun, then the decay rate will change.

This is obvious from Shu-When Zhou’s et. and Parkhomov’s work, both of which I discussed with you.
