I just scrolled through the ebook version of it. What a BEAUTIFUL, visually appealing work! I think I am going to buy the forest tree edition of it. ;-)

This author has established, by way of experiment, observation, and synthesis of a wide array of third-party observations, that when the physical vacuum and/or elementary conductor-capacitor LC dipoles—which are background relic neutrinos (a term given to them by Shishkin, Corals, and Duic before he passed)—are considered, specific phenomena occur. LC inductor-capacitor dipoles can be imagined as an induction coil looping around in a loop with a capacitive dipole. When these are in oscillation out of phase, an anapole forms, which is a special case of the toroidal moment.

To go back, this author has established, by way of experiment, observation, and synthesis of a wide array of third-party observations, that when the physical vacuum and/or elementary inductor-capacitor LC dipoles (background or relic neutrinos) experience extreme magnetohydrodynamic shear, it leads to the formation of vacuum currents that self-organize into fractal toroidal electrodynamic structures that possess a fractal toroidal moment. These fractal toroidal moments produce torsion beams in the physical vacuum that interact with anapole and toroidal moment-bearing matter.

The Zhvirblis paper supports this by stating that when you extend Maxwell's equations, you produce fractal toroidal electrodynamic structures that generate a closed Poynting vector. If there is at least a "wheel within a wheel within a wheel within a wheel," you obtain a closed Poynting vector, along with another closed Poynting vector interlinking with it. They state that, in this form, the Poynting vector is able to capture photons. For instance, if the production of photons is caused by polarizing the physical vacuum within a material, and positron-electron pairs are produced and annihilate, energy can be captured. Photons are all around us, and being able to capture these photons and anchor that energy in the core allows energy to build up to a point where it might be upgraded into ordinary matter—things that we can utilize in what I call "meat space."

The fractal toroidal moment is able to produce fractal topological monopole structures, whose phase singularities cohere and condense photons, elementary inductor-capacitor dipoles, and all forms of dark and visible matter. The phase singularity results in a magnetic core that no matter or light can resist. The overall structure bears a gravitational azimuth that leads to further clustering of similar structures until matter can be gravitationally collapsed.

The result is that any remaining trapped energy is ultimately recycled. It is this author's hypothesis that all novel energy systems and all life itself—including non-traditionally considered forms of life like the Earth, other planets, stars, plasma clouds, etc.— use this process of net negative entropy (Yin) to live. The structures have Yang forms, which are necessary in our universe to keep the overall balance.
