Is it possible that wire EDM and carbon disk EDM metal cutting is due to EVO's on the surface of the wire/carbon? This type of machine shop cutting of metal is like magic. I'd say there are opportunities to study the exact conditions (frequency, current, rate) that allow this to happen and expand on it. If you coat objects with EVO's, they may float like Hutchinson's items did in his experiments.

Thought I'd share this video (the first one in the link below) where they discuss using 16 vortices, or whirlwinds, to project out a formation which, based on their parameters, gives a model of Saturn including the polar hexagon.
Now people start to ask about creating and controlling planet atmospheres, but, that aside, my thinking was these 16 vortices would also be present at the centre of your 'apple'.
Furthermore, considering your recent presentations on whirlwind, these may be root of the destructive forces with the Evo.
