on the work of the conference of CTN and BL-27,3-7 October 2022, Moscow
In the period from 3 to 7 October 2022, the Russian Conference on Cold Transmutation of Nuclei of Chemical Elements and The Physics of Ball Lightning (CTN and BL-27) was held in Moscow. The conference was held on the Internet through the ZOOM system without the personal presence of the participants.
The number of participants of the conference was more than 40 people every day. Number of scientific reports made 50. Among them are 8 reports from near and far abroad. Thus, the CTN and BL-27 are confidently turning into an international conference. 4 round tables were held on topical aspects of the problems of CTN and BL-27, with a discussion of the reports listened to.
Scientific reports were devoted to the physics of LENR and BL, in particular:
experimental results obtained on various types of LENR reactors;
diagnostic methods of studying various radiations from LENR reactors;
analysis of the composition of chemical elements of chemical products in such reactors;
transmutation of chemical elements and measurement of thermal balance in LENR reactors;
theoretical models of LENR;
possible deep energy levels in the model of a hydrogen atom with a relativistic
electron as applied to LENR physics;
theoretical BL models;
analysis of BL observations in 2021-2022;
obtaining laboratory analogues of BL;
possible links between BL and LENR.
Recognize the work of the conference as successful and effective.
Continue experimental and theoretical research in the field of LENR physics.
Recommend holding the next conference of CTN and BL-28 in 2024 in the city of Sochi if there are suitable conditions for this.
Continue cooperation with international organizations in the field of physics LENR (ISCMNS, SFSNMC, IWAHLM, MFMP, etc.)
Recommendations for conducting key experiments and developing theoretical models in the field of LENR are formulated, in particular, it was decided to pay special attention to the solution of the following problems and questions:
Use of modern diagnostic equipment to study the physics of LENR and related phenomena:
Studying the nature of soft X-rays from the LENR reactor,
Measurement of neutron fluxes/neutron-like particles from the reaction zone,
Measurement of helium and tritium concentrations in LENR reactors
Development of new detectors for recording various types of radiation from LENR reactors and the study of their physical nature.
Study of the biological action of various types of radiation LENR - reactors. Development of methods to protect researchers from their possible harmful effects.
Elemental and isotopic analysis of the final products of the LENR reactor.
Study of the energy balance and stability of LENR reactors depending on the design, pressure, temperature, fuel composition, electrical discharge parameters in the reactor, etc.
Conducting experiments with a LENR reactor combined with a heat exchanger
Verification in the experiment of the presence of deep levels of hydrogen predicted by various theoreticalmodes.
Development of theoretical models that consider the whole complex of LENR properties.
Collection and analysis of observational data of ball lightning.
Study of the physics of long-lived energy-intensive plasmoids created in the laboratory for BL modeling.
To continue the comparison of existing theoretical BL models based on the analysis of the bank of observational data.
Publish a collection of materials of the CTN and BL-27.
Recommend for publication in the journals "RAINSIT", "Vestnik RANEN", JFNN, J. Condensed Matter Nucl. Sci. articles based on the most important reports.
