In response to a recent Thunderbolts presentation in which the usual “only gravity” crowd turned up, I wrote the following - maybe not perfect, but it shows how I believe this all fits together “into the bigger picture”, and I hope it stimulates a few new ideas and thoughts on the subject (not least what is gravity, and how gravity is a force resulting from the pressure of the aether (or something similar):
Interesting observation about plasma - it doesn’t just collapse back to ordinary matter… but why not?
Surely with all those free electrons and ions floating around in the plasma “gas”, they will just get back together? Right? Wrong.
Well, it turns out electrons flowing in the same direction don’t like to rejoin with ions. Instead they like to share and combine their poloidal magnetic fields, causing the electrons flowing in the same direction to come together into a string, strings that ultimately braid together to form a filament. This is observed experimental behaviour.
Now, when these filaments are subject to shocks (such as when filament streams cross or collide with clumps of matter or when other processes such as lasing occur) those same filaments can form kink instabilities that see loops come off the filaments to magnetically reconnect to form a torus current ring with surrounding (poloidal) magnetic rings and it’s own magnetic moment: such behaviour has been experimentally reproduced in the lab. inItially by one Winston H. Bostick, the person who, having worked on the Manhattan project and the Hydrogen bomb, was charged by Edward Teller with turning the H-bomb into a useful source of civilian energy: it was Bostick who named these torus ring currents plasmoids , short for plasma toroids (toroid being just a more general form of a torus). All this has been experimentally produced and replicated in labs around the world, and is a matter of historical record.
Parallel with this was the work of John Archibald Wheeler (another scientist from the Manhattan project who introduced the terms wormhole, black hole and white hole), who found that by generating these plasmoids in the lab off of the end of a tapering point in a plasma atmosphere, the magnetic pressure in the virtual centre of these toroids (resembling smoke rings) was found to exceed 200 Tesla. He found that the rings so formed would assemble into structures that he termed “ geons”.

Is a more accurate term "Self-Organizing Quantum Matter Regeneration" or perhaps "Coherent Quantum Nucleosynthesis"?
