Working with David Boutilier's engineering and experimentation and Alan Goldwater's analysis at his Magic Sound Lab, it appears as if some of our previous Ohmasa gas observations have been replicated. What does it mean? Is there any support in prior literature?

Schematic of apparatus
24V DC power supply feeds a Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) ‘chopper’ circuit to adjust current supplied to the electrolyser which is made of 0.5mm thick pure nickel plate electrodes separated by 2mm nitrile rubber gaskets. At the end of the stack is 1mm thick Titanium sheets which have the 40kHz/50W ultrasonic horns glued to them with epoxy.
The electrolyser is sandwiched together with 1/4” thick acrylic plastic.
A 7 Amp autotransformer 0-130VAC is fed by 120VAC @ 60Hz which feeds through another transformer to power an ultrasonic variable frequency inverter outputting a 50% duty cycle square wave to a hand wound toroidal ferrite core impedance transformer. Secondaries from this transformer feed the ultrasonic transducers.

Bob, this was a fantastic presentation, I've listened to it twice. Amazing we're rediscovering this information over and over. Bychkov's contribution is just tremendous. "Transporting animals and people." Totally makes sense, that's what was seen at Skinwalker Ranch. At Marley Woods site in Missouri researched by Ted Philips, animals literally exploded blowing barns doors apart. Now we know why.
The largest hospital in any big city will have a Dept. of Nuclear medicine, you could phone and ask to speak to their 'medical physicist', and then ask if he/she could act as the receiving location for the shipment, and, ask if they already have a scintillation counter (they probably do), and ask if he/she could run your samples in their machine.
