I will propose an explanation for the spectral lines observed in 2012 in China in the only spectrum obtained to date of a natural ball lightning.

I seem to remember in the interview with Abe(?) you guys also discussed that they had high voltage single wire earth return serving his area :) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single-wire_earth_return

Sorry to hear you and Slobodan ran into HHO issues, but glad you're both fine and you had some successes! Hopefully the transmutations your expecting reveal themselves during testing!
Very cool to hear that nitrogen may be useful for ULTR experiments. I wonder if not having N was actually the resent my bubbled HHO ULTR experiment actually seemed less eventful than with no bubbled HHO. Interested to hear if the KNO3 ULTR experiments yield good results. My ultrasonic washer doesn't appear to have a good focal zone, so anything that could increase the general likelihood of success without special geometries and focusing is something worth trying when time permits :) Hopefully Martin can show it's a raging success!
