Concerning the explanation of the mach 20 turn by speeding up the local time in the field of the craft relative to our time on Earth, I was wondering what is the point then of moving around in such craft? I thought the goal is to get to the destination in an instant or at least very fast. But if time inside is sped up and you still perceive and age 1h to go from A to B, even if it seems instantanious grom the outside, what is the point of doing this? It sound much more like cheating on the time horizon in this world at the cost of aging faster biologically instead of just moving faster.
In the beginning Sten Deyo also dropps a half line related to building up and "reversing" the field, which sounds like the ability to move in all directions - again: in time.

Correct, i know people at ACHE Research that generate IR heat and EM fields, but they do it by moving their joints and musles (like Qi Gong)

I think that in the MHD structure, there may be areas of similar flux - or even less - of Chi to the outside and that is where you would want to sit.
