How will you be treated next time you cross into the US?
Dr. Max Fomitchev-Zamilov shares his experience.
As you know, I have interviewed and shared experience with Max Fomitchev-Zamilov over the past few years on his excellent work into cavitation [1], [2], [3]. On 15th September, he posted this:

Dear colleagues - I want to bring it to your attention that the U.S. is turning more and more into a police state and we have to do something about it. Here is my example: I am a naturalized American citizen for over 15 years and I was coming back to the U.S. from an IWAHLM-16 conference held in Strasbourg, France. In JFK both myself and my wife were detained by Customs and Border Protection officers (CBP) that demanded that we surrender our cell phones to them and provide the pins to unlock them. They did not search our bags they wanted the phones from the git go. They promised if we comply and give out the pin codes they will give us back the phones quickly so we could make our connection. My wife complied I refused citing my rights that I am not obligated to give out pin codes. So they took both of our phones and told us that we will get them back eventually. They even told us they will call us when the phones are done with (e.g. cracked, copied and bugged, I am guessing). I said - how can you call us if you took our phones? We do not have any other phone numbers. So they gave us a receipt with a phone number to call. And BTW, that number does not work - nobody is answering, I have been calling every day now.
So, they take both of our phones at the border and send us on our way. I say - my tickets are on my phone, my credit cards are on my phone - everything is there. They say - go to the airline and get new tickets, and they don't care about anything else. For all intents and purposes we have been stripped of everything: tickets, money, memories, notes, even the means to call taxi (our plane arrived at 10PM at night at Fort Myers and there are no payphones any more, and there are no taxis, either, and without a phone - how the heck do you call anyone?
This is nothing but humiliation and racketeering. Our government is harassing its own tax-paying citizens that cross the border legally while admitting millions and millions of 'refugees' that cross the border illegally. Not even they do not confiscate their phones and money - they give them money and transportation. How did it come to this that our government has become our enemy? Clearly our government cares more about illegals than about its own citizens and chooses to harass its own citizens. Why may I ask?
Please share if you had a similar experience. I attach an official CBP flyer, which basically states that you have no (real) rights at the border. CBP does not need a real reason to take your phone, computer and any other device as they can always claim 'random selection'.
This is disgusting what has happened to Max and his wife but it is something to be aware of and I thank him for posting this.
As a direct communicating party, one can reasonably assume that I will be caught in any dragnet. All people in the CMNS/LENR field are trying to do is find solutions to the problems we are told so often need to be fixed.
What will happen to you next time you legally enter the US?
If I ever tried to enter USA, I think I would hear the rubber gloves snapping on, ready for the special treatment from customs!!!
I guess backing up devices should be part of any travel plans, use locally on device encrypted but cloud stored backups(Cryptomator) with mnemonic keys could be one way to hedge bets on a shakedown...
Is appaling to see stuff like this being pulled off on people. Seems like a decision was made to go full police state. Whoever is “they”, it has been only made possible by a complacent justice system, in other times when justice system was not filled with indoctrinated people, this would have never been allowed.
